No onsite management or staff. A sign at the "office" gave a contact number for the travel agency. The travel agency staff had no clue who to contact to pick up our room keys. Fortunately another guest finally directed us to Myers Realty, the real estate management company that runs the property and had our keys. That would have been good news to have BEFORE we arrived. In fairness, the street address listed for the condo was for Myers Realty but we were looking for a condominium, not a shopping center where the real estate company is located. Very confusing! Room stunk. I mean really bad. Like terrible mildew or something. Kitchen sink was plugged. Again, no on site staff to complain to! Pool was OK. Location was OK. Nice beach across the street and close to some good restaraunts. Overall you can find a much better value with less hassels elsewhere.
