Wonderful hotel with excellent staff, cleanliness, and service.

Unique, great atmosphere. The restaurant could be better for the price and the view was mediocre.

From the moment we stepped out of the car and were met by a team of bellmen/valet individuals we knew the Grand Bohemian Hotel in Orlando was going to be an exceptional experience. Our reservation was in the computer and the person at the registration desk was very friendly, patient, and informative. The staff at the hotel worked perfectly as a team and "service" was clearly their motto. The wedding on the roof and reception in the ballroom, plus the servers, chef, etc. were outstanding and provided superb service in a very professional manner. If anyone is looking for a top notch, classy place to hold an event, this is the place to go!

Staff very accomodating and allowed us to check in early.Room had luxious bedding. Wonderful pool area. We walked to a restaraunt recommended by staff and it was great! Would definitely stay there again.

Great location, Nice restaurant in lobby. Only valet parking for $20. Good service great hotel. Need to work on parking situation, and elevators need to work without room key.

Very nice, ritzy, clean hotel with the most comfortable beds we have EVER slept in! We wanted to take the bed home with us! We did not eat at the restaurant due to the high prices. Staff & valet was very friendly.

This hotel is wonderful. The staff is very helpful and courteous. The whole building is very well cared for. Now for the not so great....It is very expensive, and justifiably so. However, it is not the cost of the room or restaurant that is of issue. In each room there is a mini-bar..Contained within this mini-bar are sodas and various alcoholic beverages. When you remove and item from the fridge a sensor detects that you moved the beverage and automatically OVERCHARGES you for the item. A 12oz Coke is something like $5. On top are Pringles and Gummi Bears and a full assortment of snacks. The Gummi bears for instance are $7. Rule of thumb, bring your own snacks. I do realize that the bulk of individuals staying in a hotel like this, could care less about the cost of these small items and relish the convenience. I take another perspective altogether...it is gouging. On behalf of the hotel the pricing of the items could be easily found in one of two places (and was no hidden or anything). Additionally, overnight valet parking which is the hotel's only offering is $20 per night. If you don't mind walking about a block you can park elsewhere in downtown Orlando for about $12/night. Clearly, parking with the hotel makes the most sense, but is absorbedly priced. To top it all off my wife made two one minute phone calls to my cellphone that cost $16.00. But all hotels rip you off on phone calls. Overall, my wife and I were very satisfied with our stay...I just hate to feel like someone is taking advantage of me. I need to make it clear though, that in spite of these gripes this is an exceptional hotel that is worthy of commendation. Their true asset is the people on staff.

Decor was fun, light, attractive and interesting. Lower floor design made traffic flow weird. The Bohemian offers a comfortable, friendly, clean and quiet urban hotel experience.

Very pretentious hotel. All talk and no follow through. I got "attitude" from front desk guy when I complained that the hallway was freezing. They never fixed the problem. The rooms are very dark and the bathrooms were nothing to brag about. The only great part was the valet. The $4 sprite in the room was good too.

The hotel staff was extremely courteous and friendly. The Sunday jazz brunch was delightful; but be forewarned: it is expensive ($54/person) and there are very limited breakfast options offered. Nonetheless, if you are in the mood to treat yourself as well as to kick back, relax and enjoy nice background music, this was a worthwhile treat.

Stayed at this place on biz for 3 nights. A great experience with top notch customer service! Restaraunt and bar also excellent. Greatest part was the art displayed in the common areas. Also close to downtown Orlando night life. Highly Recommended

If you like art and music, an exemplary staff, fine dining and walking to nearby parks and museums - this is the place for you! We were stunned by the art collection in this hotel and the art case Bosendorfer piano in the music room - staying inthis environment is well worth the price!! The rooms were extremely clean and comfortable with curtains that totally and completely darken the room so you can sleep in! Every member of the staff was warm and extremely personable. We enjoyed the food tremendously with the exception of the some of the breakfast: the table settings were elegant, the service charming, the toast and jam were perfect, the coffee delicious, but the scrambled eggs and potatoes were much like you would find at Perkins. We took the concierge level room and found the continental breakfast small but really fresh and most pleasant. I thought I objected to the valet parking only at $20 day (not including tips) until I realized that I loved the ease of just getting out of the car! The car-park team was delightful and a true pleasure to work with. This is a property we will definitely visit again. Their attention to detail and effort to make their guests feel welcomed was inspiring - as is everything about this hotel!

Art work, cleanliness, organization. Fine facility. Rudeness of one staff member. Great presentation in nightlife rich downtown Orlando. A great value for this fine property. We love Kessler hotels and recommend this one.

The Grand Bohemian Hotel used to be a Starwood ocation until they went "private." Fabulous central location in Orlando. From the entrance to the exist all the service staff was polite and curtious... something you don't see too often these days. It is a boutique hotel in the sense that management has their personality in the hotel. The art work and decor is very unique. This is not a Hyatt or a Sheraton but a nice place to stay! The room service is 24 hours a day. They have an amazing Le Bohem restaurant downstairs, a wonderful grand piano bar... with live music, and nice art-room of sorts as well. The rooms have everything you would expect from an excellent hotel. You will not regret your stay.

I checked into the hotel for a wedding week-end and the hotel made the week-end. It was fantastic, great bed, beautiful room and perfect downtown location. It had one of the best hotel lounges that I I have ever been in, bartenders Julio, Mark and Ivey were a joy. I can't wait to back.

Beautiful rooms and hotel. Security guard was way over zealous about pool hours.

Spent a week at this hotel w/ my husband and 7yr old son- he was the only child in the whole hotel and that was GREAT!! It was quiet, lovely, fabulous service, the valets are impecably courteous and polite asking us if we need water for the road or anything. The bellman that got our luggage let our son ride on the luggage cart all the way down the elevator. Starbucks in the hotel also had great service and was so sweet. I will definatly be back and the theme parks are a 10-15min drive

The Gran Bohemian was a nice hotel, the experience overall was not too bad. I think the they over sold the art as the museaum was quite small not bigger then the Starbucks next door which was nice to have. They had a 6th floor area where you could go and sit outside by the pool though it was closed off one day I was there to a reception. The food was not that great via room service but walk a few blocks and there are restaurants near by. The rooms are nice. For the business traveler this is a great location.

Ambiance & cleanliness. No public parking. $20 per night is a bit much. The Grand Bahamian was very nice, comfortable and a sense of elegance. The staffs were very friendly. I would love to stay at this hotel when I visit Orlando.
