Comment.Clean but in need of a refurbishment. Rattling windows kept me awake all night in room 17.

The hotel was dissappoining, it is in a very central location, but this did not make up for the facilities, the room was very basic, not even a mirror in the bedroom, decor was very dated. The staff were very pleasant, but oh dear the breakfast was disgusting, porridge made with water, cooked breakfast that was appalling, and the tea was horrible, normally you can judge a place by the breakfast, and this is not so with this hotel, it would be good if the management team actually sat and eat one, im sure they would see the problem. All in all the only good thing about this hotel was the location and the price. please please bring it in to the 21st century and you will be more than rewarded with repeated business.

For the price it was exellant value, if you want 5star accomodation you will have to pay the cost, this hotel was clean, warm, maybe a bit dated, but overall for the price i would go back again, food good staff friendly.

The windows in our room were very dirty particularly around the frames, there was also a damp smell in the bathroom. The rrom was dark and the lampshades belonged to another era. It is a shame because the staff are fantastic and make every effort to make your stay a pleasant one.

i can honestly say that this was the worst hotel i have ever stayed in, the place was dirty, the lift was smelly and noisy, causing me to wake at 6am, the room was poky, smelly and uncomfortable, with a tv that didnt even work properly, only giving 2 clear channels, the breakfast was appalling, having been pre cooked and offered only egg bacon sausage and a tomato, with underdone toast, i wasnt even offered a choice, and the atmosphere was very miserable, i hated staying here and will never choose this hotel again.

Easy to find and good central location. Very few staff. Room needed decorating and very smelly! I think they were trying to discguise the smell of cigarettes (as we had requested a non-smoking room). We eventually found 3 very strongly rose scented air freshners on top of the wardrobe. The bathroom also had a pugent smell maybe due to the cleaning materials. All in all not very nice. If the room had not had the awful smell it would have been OK as quite clean. The lady on breakfast for very pleasant.

Hotel was in a good location, a few minutes walk from the front, pier and bars. Room was quite small and basic, with tea & coffee facilities & telly. Otherwise no extra facilities. Decor was a little out dated but clean and tidy. Breakfast only until 9.15 on a sunday which seemed a little early and wasn't the best as it was a little small. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Slightly faded but still a nice place to stay. Very good value and in a good central but quiet location. Parking during the day a bit problematical, but not a show stopper. Place was full of jolly pensioners' coach parties when I was there, and seems popular with that demotic, which gave it a nice friendly feel. No riotous stag/hen pests, and no squawking brats. I'd definitely stay there again.

Typical B&B in Llandudno, the guy on reception was nice and friendly and offered us a choice of 3 rooms as they weren't very busy when we stayed there. B&B itself is quite old fashioned and basic, but for one night away it was fine. We stayed in a nice spacious room (the largest and most modern of the ones we were offered). Had breakfast there and again cant complain about service, - the cooked breakfast itself was basic and could definitely be improved in my opinion. Best thing was its good location - not far from the Promenade and it was reasonably priced in comparison to the other B&Bs we enquired about in the same vicinity.

Within easy reach of both prom and wee train. Lots of shops close by as well if you need them.

Beautifull Hotel in walking distance from all of llandudno's attractions. Nice and clean and very friendly staff. Free parking across the road was very useful. Breakfast was served at 8.30, however I had an early checkout at 8 so was not able to eat.

We had bed and breakfast - breakfast was very good, staff welcoming and cheerful. Rooms were clean, bed very comfortable, bathroom in need of an update. Our friends in other room said there were in need of a mirror in the bedroom, only one they had was a small mirror over the sink, minor details really but worth considering. All in all a very pleasant stay.

A bit grim to be honest - the hotel is shabby, my room was very small and cold. I had trouble locking the door, the TV had no remote and the evening entertainment was noisy. Staff were accommodating and pleasant but, although this hotel obviously suits it's pensioner coach tour clientelle, it's wasn't for me I'm afraid.

hotel is typical llandudno old and a little tired but clean, however the bedroom had been refurbished to a very high standard.breakfast was good but buffet style for continental breakfasts would be a big improvement and bring them more into 21st century.

Gloddaeth road signs are obscured or not existant, quite difficult to find despite a massive wall sign painted above eye level - good value/functional hotel but small rooms.
