Clean and safe. You are better off to stay at Little America. Same rooms. Aside from all the marble in the Bathrooms, it is all pretentious hype the value just is not there. I was really upset by one of the staff members and will never return because of it. I feel like we are treated much better at other Hotels in town. We have to stay at hotels quite frequently due to the fact that we are Jazz season ticket holders and have to travel 3 hours each way in order to see the games. It is a pretty hotel, but extremely stuffy and the staff is poor.

This might just be the most elegant hotel I've ever stayed at. The room was large, the service impeccable, the staff without exception friendly and helpful. It's not cheap, but it's more than worth it.

Lobby, room layout, spa facilities, view. Nothing. This is simply one of the best hotels in America -- at or above the level of any Ritz-Carlton or Four Seasons.

Anyone who visits or stays at this hotel will be overwhelmed by it's beauty and attention to excellent service. I've stayed and visited this hotel several times always to delighted by it's beauty and comfort.
