We like it very much is a nice hotel with very good service and well located near the finest shopping area in Madrid, there´s a metro station two blocks away so you can move easily to downtown or the prime museums without using taxi. They serve a complete buffet cold breakfast with a good variety of fruits, cereals, breads and european deli.

I would like to explain cleanliness: People smoke in the hotel restaurant area and the smell is everywhere! Other than that the place was need and orderly. The level of which the people speak English is challenging. They all believe they speak English and understand English.... however, most comprehend very little beyond city directions.

Old hotel but the rooms were clean and neat. They offer a free buffet in the morning with the regular stuff.
