Brilliant hotel. Settled in a beautiful gardened square close to Gran Vía, Plaza Espania, Plaza de Colon etc. Underground also close to move to anywhere. Fantastic place to stay and very nice and helpful staff. Do not forget to have breakfast there, delicious.

The staff was very helpful and it was a quiet place to stay. It was close to a subway stop. The staff was helpful and attentive. I liked the quietness of the room and the beds were comfortable. I thought it was a good deal for the price. They had slippers in the rooms for guests. Maybe that is customary, but it meant a lot to me. They also held our bags for about four hours after we checked out so we could sightsee the last day before leaving.

This is a very nicely decorated hotel in a very pleasant place close to a metro station that is on the second line (the one deserving the prado etc.). It faces a little square and you cannot hear the noise of the big street that is nearby. However the rooms insulation is very poor! We could hear our neighbours' TV, speaking and even snoring! People at the reception were very nice. The sauna and gym are not located in the hotel itself.

I booked this hotel because the picture of the room looked very nice and they had a double bed. We got two very small single beds, about one foot off the floor, in a room that was about 10ft by 10ft. The floor even sloped.The view was of the roof of another building. The whole experience was very dissapointing. We paid a lot for this room and i would never stay here again.

The location was perfect, close to shops, eating places and metro. Great place to stay in Madrid. Convenient location to metro and shopping.

Enjoyed our stay. The staff was very accomodating. They were willing to book any restaurant and work through any language barriers. Most spoke English. Advice was given on tourist destinations. Close to Metro Train. Many stores nearby. I would recommend this hotel.

Great hotel, clean, great staff, great location! The electric outlets where a bit faulty. Couldnt use the laptop. Had to call staff. They fixed is quickly. I was with my wife and 18 month old son + a lot of luggage since we were on our way back from a cruise. Right from the moment we step foot at the hotel door, I was very satisfied with what I saw and experienced.

Location, near Metro and sits on quiet park square. The hotel is located in a perfect area for those who want to be close to attractions and central business activities, yet do not want to stay in eth typical tourist hotel corridor. Less than a block from the Metro, yet easily walk able to key areas of the city, this hotel sits on a park square frequented by families adding to the atmosphere. The hotel is also less than 2 blocks from El Corte Ingles department store. The room was huge by most standards and the amenities were unexpected for a European city hotel.
