Great location if you want to shop but bad location if you want to go to the beach. It looks like it's on the beach but you have a stiff walk to it and it kills. As far as staff goes, they were pretty rude, ignoring you at the desk, and not very helpful if you ask questions. I would and would not recommend to a friend depending on what they're looking for.

Value for money !!!Fantastic central location in a quiet area but still near the shops, beach etc.Comfortable hotel , the room were very clean, tidy and the staff were friendly. I cannot comment on the food because I did not eat at the hotel.

brilliant hotel, central, very welcoming greeted us by name. could tell it had beed tastefully refurbsihed. breakfast good, pool brilliant. price excellent would definatley go there again, highly recommended

Good clean hotel with friendly staff and a great breakfast buffet which was included in the rate. Located next to the La Nogalera shopping district with lots of good restaurants, shops and bars. Would have prefered to stay directly on the beach, however, since I found the city of Torremolinos to be tacky. To reach the beach, you need to take a public elevator which costs 50 cents each way or walk down a long flight of stairs. Other hotel comments: two nice pools, one on ground floor and one rooftop, but they could be crowded with lots of kids. Great breakfast buffet was also crowded, and there could be a long wait for the elevators. Hotel was kept very clean.

Two night break for aunt in 50's and neice age 20This hotel suited us perfectly. Easy access by train from airport, central location, generously sized twin beds, quiet and everything worked well.

This was a great hotel for the value. The half board was awesome. Great food for breakfast and dinner. Torremolinos is an okay location but you do have to take a bus or a train to get into Malaga. The beds were very uncomfortable and horrible pillows but the room was a good size. The bathroom was tiny and the hotel has actual wood doors to the room so you would hear those slamming ALL night long!

not a 4 star but still niceright in the heart of torremolinos and 2 mins walk from the train station, easy access to main shopping street and a good few restaurants/bars.nice view from the top of the hotelbeds very compfy tho they didnt provide a proper duvet more a wool blanket in sheetsif i get another deal like this, would definately stay there again

In the centre of Torremolinos within walking distance of shops and restaurents this hotel is well priced and includes breakfast. Underground secure car parking is available under the hotel for €10 per night.

This hotel is meant to be 4 star. It is astonishing that it has more than 2 stars. It is old, run-down, service at check-in desk was terrible, the furniture is old and falling apart in the room, and furniture on the balcony of the room was rusting. And to give you an idea of HOW bad it is, the shampoo in the bathroom came in small disposable sachets!! The last time I saw that was in a 1 star motel. In fact the hotel was so bad that after checking in and seeing how disgusting the room was in addition to the common areas of the hotel, we left and checked into another hotel for the night. And note that the hotel had made us pay for the room as we checked in, unlike any of the other hotels we stayed in in Anadalucia - we are not the only ones to have left and gone to another hotel as a couple of other hotel receptions acknowledged they had customers come from Hotel Cervantes.Unless you deliberately want to ruin your holiday, stay elsewhere.

Hotel under renevation during stay but this was limited to reception area and one enterance area. Food for dinner was plentiful, hot and to a good quality. Salads and vegetables also provided with meat, chicken, fish etc. Breakfast, in my opinion was adequate, however was geared towards British tastes than European - however the rolls and bread were fresh. More cold choices would have been preferred. Hotel reception staff were good and pool and area clean and tidy. Car parking around the hotel is available at a cost however off street free parking avialable if you look for it. Location of hotel close to the town centre, bars and eating places. Railway station within 5 minutes walk.The hotel has only 4 lifts - and at times there was substantial delay due to usage by guests.
