I stayed with my young family for 1 week in July and we had a great time, the hotel I found to be very big & beautiful. Pity about it being a little far away from the centre though. Food was good & hotel staff spoke good English. My only complaint would be that the entertainment is the same every night. It would really benefit from up to date entertainment and of course something different on every night. Would definitely go back, good value for money !

We found the hotel reception area to be of 4 star rateing, however when we went to our room which is in building 1 we were very disapointed, I would rate it as 2 star in dire need of a makeover!! The Bottom of the door and architrave was wet rot and flaking paint on the walls. You had no privacy as the balcony divider with adjacent rooms was a glass panel which looked staight into your room, therefore you had to keep your curtains drawn all the time. The balcony door had no lock, which meant that anyone from a neighbouring room could just walk in. All in all very disapointed on a 4 star hotel, Recomendation make sure you are in the main building that may have better quality rooms!!

I had read various reviews re this hotel and therefore was a bit apprehensive. However, everything was very good. A lovely hotel in a pleasant quiet area. If one likes the hustle and bustle of Benidorm may this hotel is too far out but a visit into Benidorm was OK but so nice to get back to the quiet area. Not everywhere was open in the surrounding area but that was not a problem. There were some bars, restaurants and a few shops, but I expect as the season progresses all of the others will open. Just a 10 minute stroll took you either onto the promenade of the Poniente beach or going the other way to the lovely bay of Finestrat. We really liked the latter - so picturesque - but I understand it gets busy in the season. A bus stop is by the hotel for getting to Benidorm and only costs 1 euro. Buses very frequent. Also there are other buses that go from the area to various towns. Finestrat old town up in the mountains is well worth a visit. Now the hotel. Good sized bedroom with plenty of drawer and wardrobe space. Good sized bathroom with shower over bath and a separate walk in shower. Bedding and towels changed frequently if not daily. Usually hotel bedrooms are very dimly lit - our room was very well lit. Excellent choice of food and all cooked and presented very nicely. Didn't not stay in the hotel in the evening after the meal as we found the coffee to be very expensive - double to what one paid outside of the hotel. Not much entertainment in the evening only dancing which of course some people may enjoy. May be more in the season I don't know. Staff all very pleasant except one young lady on the reception who was rather sour. Had to vacate our room by 12 noon so asked if we could keep it on until 4 00 pm but they wanted to charge us 35 euros which I thought was rather steep. Considering they weren't busy or full I thought they would have accommodated our request for less. All in all, it was a very pleasant 10 night break. If everything during the season is like it was for us people would not be disappointed. It was a good price too!

If you get put in the older and shorter sister building ask to be moved, its much nicer in the tall block. Its a bit out of the way from the centre but great for quiet and beach.

This was our 4th visit to this Hotel. Would recommend a room on a high floor ( If you are good with heights! ) as the views are outstanding. The Staff as always were very helpful and the food was good - plenty of choice.We will look forward to returning again in the future.

We did enjoy our stay at this hotel,however I was really annoyed when we arrived at the restaurant at 8.45pm to find there was very little food left.There is no waiter service for your drinks,therefore after waiting to buy our drinks,the other members of my party had eaten their first course.I had no main course that evening as there was nothing left!N.B It states Dinner is served till 9.30. All food was cleared away on the dot at 9.25pm!

For such a large busy hotel we found it to be excellent. There was plenty of room, no queues in restaurant, plenty of beds round the pool, good service at the bar.
