This hotel is rated four star but if you and your family stayed any length of time you would rate this as garbage. The elevators,three of them would not work,if at all, the bathrooms were filthy and disgusting always with the smell of sewage. You had to use the outside stairways to move to the lower hotel area. These rusted stairways looked very unsafe but no other option was available. Security lacked and even if you complained it would go on deaf ears.The bathrooms beside the pool stunk and were always plugged. Bar service was very slow,Spanish speaking people would receive extra special attention. All the staff expected tipping and even then service was poor, to say the least.The food in the restaurant was ok, but always running out. Sometimes never to be refilled.If you plan to take children with you forget it. This is not the type of resort to accommodate kids.The bar tenders kept serving alcohol to my kids, who specifically asked for non alcohol drinks. This hotel is a bad experience.The first impressions are visually ok, but this is where it ends.Good luck if you use this hotel. It ruined our family vacation.
