Absolutely loved it. Everything the beach, the service, the food, the drinks. I would go back in a heartbeat. The Filet Mignon at Le Gourmet Restaurant, to die for :) D

It was set in a great environment and I liked the overall feel of the resort. Too spread out, had to take little shuttles everywhere.

We've been their twice and are planning to go again. Of the three resorts (you get to use all three ) Coba is the best. Only drawback is the long drive from the airport, 1 1/2 hrs, but then your close to Tulum and the eclo parks.

my husband and i loved it. the entertainment was excellent. the food was great . all the employees were so friendly, we even made friends with them. the service was wonderful. i dont know what else to say it was just AWESOME i recommend everyone to go you will love it!!!!!!!

We were disappointed with a lot of the hotel None of our 28 guests were booked close to use and that we had to search around for their rooms. We also had many problems with the wedding planner not knowing the language and suggesting things to us without us trying them. For example the venue for the reception. We were told a lot of things could not be done but after looking around at all three parts of the resort we found out that anything was possible. The wedding planner forgot a lot of our requests and did what she wanted not what we requested. She kept a lot of the items we had brought for our wedding and didn?t fill our guest favors up and ended up keep a whole box of candy for herself. They also charged us for a certificate that we didn't need to have our marriage We would not recommend any of the Gran Bahia Principe resorts, things go wrong and missing from rooms and the hotel doesn't feel responsible for any of it

I stayed at the The Grand Bahia Principe Tolum hotel in the Maya Riviera near Tolum Mexico, and I only can express my appreciation to the staff and Travelocity for "sending me" there; It was the best experience that can be name a "True Vacation" The only regret I have is that I should stay longer!!! I met a lot of people from England, Switzeland, Italy we "hang around" on and off thought the entire vacation; we became "old friends" in a very short period of time. Thank You!!!

Enjoyed our trip very much. Only thing was that upon checking in they didn't have our reservations in the computer. I don't know if that's the online travel website's fault or the hotel's, but luckily we had printed out our itinerary because they needed "proof" that we had a reservation there. So, make sure you print your itinerary! Pools were awesome! They have swim up pool bars as well as a bar on the other side that you can go to when you're out of the pool (you get faster service at that bar!) You also have to request a foam topper if you are not a fan of rock hard beds. They have beach access, but the pools are the place to hang out.

Had such an amazing time here...met some great people, staff included - who were almost all incredible. Had one bad experience, got separated from my husband (it was our honeymoon) and ended up in a transport trolley going back to our room on my own at around 1am. One of the drivers ended up grabbing me between my legs, covered up his name tag, stopped the trolley after I yelled at him to stop, and drove off. I reported incident to hotel security and met with management the next morning and it seems that not much was done about it as I was unable to provide a really great description. Staff weren't overly apologetic and we weren't comped a thing - which btw, is not why I reported the incident but we figured it would have been the least they could have done. Put a bit of a damper on the honeymoon for a few days and we pretty much walked everywhere after - but overall.....I would recommend GB to anyone - just don't ride the trolleys alone if you're female!!!! I repeat...overall, the staff were fabulous...but security and management could use a lesson in customer satisfaction and how to make things a bit better once someone has an experience like the one that I had.
