We arrived at the hotel to find that there were only 2 chamber maids working. And that the night prior was sold out so we had to wait 3 plus hours to check in. The room was very old and dated and the shower and bathroom walls had the start of mold in the tile joints and the caulk joints. Not at all what we expected and would not ever return to that property.

Location. Great location and coffee maker had to be moved by the TV cause the plug by the sink did not work. Carpeting on the walkways were shabby. Front desk people were very nice.

Nice hotel when all you really need is a good nights rest. Walking distance to good restaurants (Isaac's), shopping, historic sites, and recreation (Capt. John's deep sea fishing and whale watching.) Very friendly staff. Definately no regrets. Thank you!

The Governor Bradford is located directly across from the harbour which makes access to the Mayflower and Plymouth Rock within walking distance. There are many great restaurants also within walking distance. We were able to walk everywhere... The room was adequate....it did have a musty smell to it when we first walked in. The carpeting and furniture, as well as the outside of the motel could use some updating.

The pool was overlooking the ocean. The room smelled overwhelmingly of mold, old vent unit. Great location on the waterfront, kid's liked the pool although the shallow end was 4' deep. Check out the specific room location before checking in.

Convenience is the single greatest attribute this hotel has. The rooms were in need of a thorough cleaning, smelled very musty, outdated and worn out furniture. The vanity light and bedstand lights would not work - received friendly response from staff but no action to repair. The room rate is high considering the cleanliness and amenities ("free breakfast" very, very limited). Unfortunately, we were quite disappointed with the whole Plymouth experience.

This hotel was in a great location for sightseeing in the area. The location was in the heart of attractions, restaurants and shopping. One of our biggest disappointments was there were no elevators and access to the rooms was by outdoor staircases. We had to drag our luggage up 2 flight of stairs in the rain. They provided a continental breakfast of pastries and coffee (juice was only avaiable one day during our stay) which was not ready until 8am. However, there were many restaurants open in the area for breakfast. The room provided much storage space and a small refrigerator. There were no coffee pots or microwaves in the rooms. The room was appropriately cleaned daily. The vanity area was separate from the bathroom, and the room also contained a table and chairs set as well as a desk area. Internet access was only avaiable from the main lobby area.

The location. The noise. The building itself is very nice but the service is medium as well as the cleanliness.

The rooms could be cleaner, the furniture is outdated and general structure is old and needs updating.

Perfect location, employees very helpful. Needs a makeover! We arrived early, let us check in, did not have to wait. Very helpful to tell us what attractions were worth seeing. Very friendly, but the room was a dive. Had to jiggle handle on flush to get to stop flushing. Room smell made me sick, very old moldy smell, needs to be updated on everything. Only thing good about it, is the location.

Kind to our need to leave early due to family health crisis! Chemical smell in cleaning products used in room prep. Excellent location for ALL view of ocean. Food. Tourist attractions. Etc!

Location. Rooms felt unclean. Really good location, the rooms were dated, which would have been ok, but they didn't feel especially clean, also rooms don't have windows that open if air circulation is important. If I were to stay again I would spring for the ocean view as our room overlooked the parking lot and tended to be noisy.

Close to downtown. The hotel was a let down. I would not endorse this hotel. I have been going to Plymouth for 25 years, always wanted to stay here, but when I was finally able to, it was a complete let down.

Location. Very dated. Very convenient, within walking distance of Plymouth Rock, Mayflower II, etc. Very dated accommodations - don't remember the last time I as given an actual metal key for my room. Adequate probably sums it up the best.

Location! No problems. The location is perfect -in Plymouth with a harbor view. The room is adequate and clean, near to restaurants and activities. Morning coffee and muffins was an extra treat.
