The front desk staff were lovely and very tolerant of a foreigner testing out her italian on them.The breakfast provided was very good and more than just a roll and coffee.A very good experience.

Great location, close to San Marco Square and Rialto Bridge where all the activity is. Venice is not that big so you can walk anywhere. The staff was very accomadating. We had a room reserved for two but had three with us and they were able to give us a great room, no extra charge. Breakfast was nice, usual European meal. Safe and secure location. Definitely would reccomend to friends traveling to Venice.

This hotel is beautiful. Our rooms were beautifully decorated, very clean, and appear to be newly redone. They were small but that is typical of Venice. The bathroom was very well designed for the space with a shower big enough to bend over in and it even had a shower door. The hotel is very close to the Rialto Bridge, in the midst of shopping and restaurants, and a short walk to San Marco Square. We needed a double and a triple room for our family of 5. The triple had a real twin bed for the third person, not a rollaway. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to the most picky of my travelling friends.

Hotel Gorizia is AWESOME! We were booked in to a B&B that ended up being the place from hell, so we logged on to the internet and found Hotel Gorizia. We booked a room at about 10:30am for that night, called to ask if we could bring our bags over and even though they hadn't even received the booking they invited us right over to leave our bags in their bag room.On arrival one of our rooms was actually clean and ready so they allowed us to check in early WITHOUT CHARGE!! They are in a great location, the rooms are lovely and decorated very nicely with aircon in the bedrooms (very important in the warmer months). They are reasonably priced and the hotel is very clean. Don't look any further than Hotel Gorizia!!

The rooms are small but very normal for European hotels. Very nice staff, rooms were clean, breakfast was good. Would definitely stay here again. Room 15 and 16 have small balconies, very nice.

What a nice hotel. The rooms were very clean and nicely decorated. The location is great (If you can find it!!!). The staff was wonderful and very helpful.
