Good Rooms is Great.Couldn't have asked for better accommodation in a better position. Only 10 minutes walk from City Hall or less than 5 to the Crown, the Beaten Docket and Robinsons. Great dining room at the Crown. Accommodation was very secure with security parking and washer/dryer, digital TV, fitness centre and was spacious and comfortable. Apartment backs onto Sandy Row which had plusses and minuses. We got to see a Parade of First Flute Marching Bands but also had to put up with kids smashing bottles and lighting fires in the vacant block down the street. Despite this I would stay here on any trip to Belfast for its convenience to the city and its comfort. Wesley was very helpful with directions to Tesco and chocky biscuits.

Brilliant!Everything about our stay was perfect. Owners were great to deal with and even checked afterwards that all had been ok. Apartment in a fantastic block (gym looked impressive even if we didn't visit), great security system. Brilliantly equipped kitchen etc - everything had been thought of. The secure car parking experience was another bonus. Handy to city centre, handy to lots of eateries and a tesco 5 minutes away, taxis around the corner - nothing more we could have asked for other than longer to enjoy it!

How Good is Good RoomsThis was an excellent experience staying with two friends for a couple of nights right in the heart of Belfast. A great alternative to a hotel and at the same cost. Loads of room to not get on top of each other, great location and lovely and clean. Lots of extras such as dishwasher, washing machine, full kitchen lovely furniture. Great stuff would def. use again.

I arrived at the apartment,and was shown round the apartment.I must admit that it was a gorgeous apartment,which made me feel completly at home.The gym was great,plenty of equipment.The apartmen itself is very modern and only a 5 min walk into Belfast City Centre,which has excellent shops,bars etc.I would not hesitate in recommending this gorgeous apartment to anyone.The owner was very friendly and made me feel very welcome indeed.

The apartment was excellent. It was really central and close enought to walk into the city and for easy access to the motorway. I couldn't recommend the apartment highly enough. The customer service was brilliant and so friendly. My only complaint is that the pictures on the website do not do it justice, much bigger and nicer than it appears online.
