Great and friendly staff! However we stayed 5 nights and our room was not cleaned once! our remote to the tv did not work. We had to ask for more towels. The staff was really helpful when we asked for direction to a location and very friendly the whole stay. The room had a bad smell to it and the carpets were dirty.

Walls in this room were like paper. Could hear every word from the rooms either side. Breakfast was included - standard breakfast - donuts and coffee. One good point is that we left stuff in the room and when we returned 5 days later they had kept the itmes for us. Room was very small and the fridge was noisy. They had an elevator for the upper floors. Nice takeway right next door.

The staff was very friendly and helpful, location is great but the room was small. The overall price was not bad but I expected more because I was going by the pictures the have posted on the site. It's ok but I'm not staying there again.

This hotel is not bad for the price. The rooms are extremely small, but what can you ask for if you are paying at a very affordable price. The location is great, it's near a bunch of resturants. Elevator looks like it needs some more fixing it felt like it's going to break haha. The staffs there are very friendly and very personal with you which is a plus. I love the support they give at the inn. I would go here again if I want to sleep at a inn. Great place, but small rooms which doesn't bother me because of the great price they have!

This place was everything everyone said it was and more. The staff was friendly, place was clean, very conveniently located....there was even an iron and ironing board in the room. The pool was the best....I was the only one ever there. Did i mention free breakfast?

It was themost horrible experience. My family was promised adjacent rooms and we were six rooms apart. We had four teenage children with us and spent the whole stay going down the hall to check in on family. It was horrible.

I thought everything was just fine, the staff could use some more training at the front desk otherwise it was just fine. I stayed here for three nights and had no complaints. It's close to both Knott's and Disney, and only a fifteen minute drive from the beach. Don't listen to those stuck up a-holes that are used to 5 star resorts this place is just fine for the money. Stay and enjoy!

The hotel was extremely dirty, and the walls and floors were paper thin. The toilet in one room did not work the whole trip after numerous complaints nothing was done. We left early eventhough the room was prepaid to try to stay in a hotel that was not a complete dump. The rooms were extremely small and smelled like mold, and we had three rooms. We had to go and buy air fresheners to be able to stand the smell. The breakfast was a joke and served the worst coffee I have ever had and there was some muffins or rolls that tasted like they were bought by the hotel at a discount bakery. Overall, this was the worst hotel ever as management did not want to fix the toilet problem, gang graffiti showed up in the one elevator everynight, the rroms were small and loud, and the location I would not walk at night by myself. The walking distance to Knottsberry Farm is mis advertised as well as it would be a 25 minute walk through a sketchy neighborhood.

this place wasn't bad like the reviews said...maybe we just got lucky...the staff was pretty cool i mean check in time is at 3 but we didn't get there til 8 due to l.a. traffic and they didn't trip about it since i called and said hey we're coming from sf if its ok 2 be late..so yeah overal pretty cool....its next 2 a 24 hour micky d's so if ur hungry in the middle of the night u can just walk

the hotel was no where near walking distance from knotts!the room was big enough for 1 prson, it smelled the towels to dry your body with were as big as hand towels, the bathroom door was a sliding wall that didnt slide, you get a "free breakfast" yeah right and if you do get down there befor all the danishes are gone you cant take it to your room you have to eat in there lobby!bulls*** if you ask me im not a child and i belive i paid enough to eat where i please!the air conditioner took 2 hours to finally come on,the whole thing was a disappointment. i will never stay in that hotel again nor would i recommend anyone to either.

enjoyed my stay but thought their continental breakfast left a lot to be desired and they were a little to frugal about giving out shampoo and gave very small amout 1 small trial size for 3 people and then second night no new soap or shampoo!

the room was dirty. it still had hair in the bathroom. and some in the room that look liked someone cut somebody's hair. I asked for extra towels and didn't receive them. We only had 1 small bar of soap and asked for more leaving a tip and didn't get any more soap either. We stayed for 2 nights. That was 2 nights to long. We will never go back there. not much for breakfast muffins and juice and no decaf coffee.

Once we arrived at Good Nite Inn we were welcomed with friendly smiles and helpful hints on what to see and eat. We were asked what our stay was for, which was for a visit to Knotts Berry Farm, immediately they told us tips on where to dine and gave us coupons that saved us $22 a ticket! The staff was very pleasant, but the rooms were to be expected for such low cost per night. The beds were comfortable, and my family and I would be more than willing to save on hotel to do more in California. Other hotels we have stayed at have been extremely beautiful, but sometimes when you pay a lot does not necessarily mean you will get costumer service and a comfortable bed. Would stay here based on helpful staff, bed, and low cost.

Traveled to Los Angeles area for leisure. Hotel is not in a bad community and close to LA attractions. Room was nicely presented, everything in working condition. No complaints, but nothing that really stood out to make it a stellar stay. Overall: Good value for the price.

The hotel is a small one with nice location. It is close to Disneyland, but windows cannot be opened which is a disadvantage in CA.

room was good. we had to ask for more breakfast to be put out. it consisted of cold pastry, tang and coffee, not very appealing!there was no working vent fan or window in the bathroom. maid service was good. most of hotel staff were very helpful and friendly.

I would recomend this hotel to the younger crowd who is OK with not top notch hotels. It was not terrible, but I will not be staying here again. The price was amazing though: 6 days and 5 nights for only $168. We had a great location only about 10 miles from disneyland.
