Great location as closer to the MRT but hotel facility was very old. The bed was the hardest and eaten by the louse. And BIG different amount NT3000 was payed if compared to the memo which pasted at the hotel door (NT2600) for four person.

The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. John, one of the manager gave us a lot of hints on places of interest and how to get there.

This was the second time I stayed at this hotel because the location is superb. The hotel is just along the fringe lanes of Ximending so its not noisy. The shops at Ximending close at around 11.30pm! A 2 min walk to Ximen subway. There is a excellent 24-hour HK style Dim Sum eatery, a 3 min walk from the hotel. The rooms are kinda of crampy but clean. The staff are friendly but they don't speak English. I would stay there again on my next trip simply because of its great location to shopping, F&B outlets and convenience to get around by subway or taxis.

Location is right beside ximen ding..... and very near to ximen MRT. Room is clean and the staff are quite helpful. Only shortcoming is that the room that i stay the security lock is damaged. Hope the hotel staff can quickly rectified it. Overall, would still recommand to you guys!

Very convinience to access as it is near to XiMen station..plus in the middle of Ximen shopping area so i found it very startegic..i recommend anyone who wants to go for budget hotel yet accessible

Great location at Xi Men Ding, easily accessible to food outlets, convenience shops, shopping attractions, ktv, pub, etc... Price is reasonable. Living conditions can be considered good. Downside would be the walls are not sound-proof enough, neighbours can hear you easily if you talk slightly louder hence you got to whisper.

Apart from the hard bed, overall, the service provided was great. Umbrellas were easily available in the hotel. The room was tidy by the time i came back at night. Towel was replaced everyday. Dustbins cleared everyday. Maybe I recommend that we should have our own control of the temperture for the air condition in the room as every person prefer different coldness or warm. Basically, i will still recommend my friend to stay. Thanks.

Location good as it's in the center of Ximendi with shops, restaurants all around. However, the hotel is hard to find - description "5 minutes walk from Ximen station" does not mention that it's on SMALL, side street (alley) and there are no signs on the main street to locate the hotel. Cleanliness acceptable but no bottled water provided. Also, air conditioning could not be controlled thru invidual rooms - you must call front desk if you want temperature adj. Staff friendly and helpful. One word of warning: the 2nd room we stayed in could be a fire trap: window could only be opened about 2 inches width! Peeping out, we could see only a narrow shaft - we did not know if this was open at the top or not. Conclusion: good potential (esp due to location) but needs improvement.

The room was quite small, and rather dark. However, it is clean and in a good location just across road from the 'red house' bar area nearby Ximen subway station.

Was billed as a hotel with internet facilities but that was restricted mainly to the ground floor reception area as wifi in the room was soooo slow. Not a bad hotel. Great location in the thick of trendy Ximen. Stayed there prior to touring the country and then three weeks later as they looked after my suitcase for me. Staff are pretty friendly.

For the price I paid, location is pretty all right. However, the room is not as clean as it should be.

Small is not an issue but must be clean. The pillow is too flat and you do not have a clean feeling. No tissue paper and other services. Look to me like a hostel than a hotel. Need a lot of renovation. in short I would not visit again. Thank you

The location is so convenient in the heart of the city but the hotel building is pretty old and needs immediate renovation work. The pictures shown on the internet do not reflect the real look and size of the room which is quite misleading. A 4-people Quad room cannot accommodate for 4 people to move within. The wall paints, bath tub paint are nearly torn, the blinds are damaged and the room lights are insufficient which cannot reflect itself to be a "hotel", but a "motel" style. The greatest advantage is the convenient location and the cleanliness (3 star standard) despite of its "wear and tear" condition.

Beddings are old and we do not feel safe where hygiene is concern. Basic facilities. Receptionists are generally helpful. Excellent location as XMD MRT is only steps away. Pricing is reasonable thus far. Conclusion - will stay here again or recommend hotel to friends too for convenience sake as a budget traveller.

The bed was hard, but not as hard as the floor, you still be able to fall asleep on it. The aircon system is weird, on and off you can feel very cooling, but sometimes kinda warm. The location is very good, exit from the hotel are shops and restaurant. just about 5 mins away from train which can take you almost to everywhere (night market, place of interest etc). Just a little take note, the hotel is located centre portion of a small alley

The best hotel in Taiwan.

The receptionist are not as friendly as the previous feedback that i read. However, it's just 20 steps away from the Ximen MRT exit 6 which is the best thing about the hotel. Love the location. Will stay there again if I ever step in taipei again. :)

Nice service provided. although in the heart of ximending, yet, it's quite hard to locate the exact place of the hotel... and no car parking...

The room was really small, hardly any space to put our bags. It is located in a small alley in Ximen Ding and it's very near to the metro station. Budget hotel in a good location.
