The room for four was spacious, comfortable, and clean. Breakfast buffet had variety, and well prepared. Staff was courteous. Hotel is within walking distance of Old Town and St. Charles bridge, but a long up hill hike to the castle. I highly recommend.

We were surprised to find we had a suite. It was great! Our room was on a corner above a major street and freeway overpass, very noisy. The room, service and breakfast were great. We just happened to get a room on the corner of the hotel which was beside a city street and freeway overpass which made it quite noisy. Just ask for a different room and all should be fine.

We had a wonderful experience at the Golden Tuplip in Prague. Both the bathroom and the bedroom area were spacous and modern. The room was clean when we arrived and the staff did an excellent job on keepiing it that way during our visit. The hotel is located within walking district of Wencelas Square. The breakfast was great with lots of variety and was continuously being refilled during the breakfast hour. We would definitely go back to this hotel again if we get the opportunity to visit Prague again.

I chose this hotel partially by the photo of it but you will never see the outside of the hotel because it's on a corner by a busy street and an over pass. You can walk over to Old Town easily but I would have preferred to stay closer to the action. My friends stayed at the Alchymist and that was amazing! The Tulip doesn't even give you wash cloths. I thought that was weird.

Friendly efficient staff with a good command of English. Breakfast was extremely delicious and plentiful. It was a disappointment that the hotel lacked dinner facilities, however. The area around hotel not very salubrious, but was only a 15min walk into town. I would be happy to recommend hotel to anyone.

The hotel is situated 10 minutes walk from the city centre. The rooms are clean, good size and has free wi fi, essential for a business trip. The staff were helpful with any and all requests.

Clean, exceptional staff and free WiFi throughout. Main entrance was confusing. The fact that the hotel was so close to the station, the staff was exceptional, more amenities than I was expecting and unlike other hotels in Europe, they actually have free internet in the rooms. I will definitely return in coming years.

The reception was very rude and told me incorrect information. I did not feel welcome in my own hotel.

Wonderful staff! Smoke from lobby travels up elevator shaft and can be smelled on upper floors and (faintly) in room. Nice hotel. Very good location, near center of Prague, with excellent access to trams and underground metro. However, front door on busy street and limited ability to park on street may be a moderate turnoff to some. Very nice breakfast and rooms. Staff was excellent! We enjoyed our stay.

A well located hotel for the main sights and attractions of Prague. It is next to a main road, but the rooms are double glazed, so the noise is a minimum. We had a room for 4 and it was an excellent size and very clean. Breakfast is buffet style with plenty of selection. The staff are friendly and I would certainly recommend this hotel.

We only had breakfast at the restaurant, this was no frills but certainly was adequate for the price paid. The hotel is approximately 10 minutes from Wenceslas square and other attractions in the city. We couldn't fault the service we received at the hotel. On our 2nd day there the water mains burst leaving no water to wash with in the morning, the hotel provided endless bottles of water, free of charge, with which to both wash and fill the kettle even though the burst water main was obviously not their fault. .Our flight back to England was at 10pm so needed (wanted) to keep the room on past the 11am exit time, we were charged 20 Euros to keep the room until 6.30pm - money well spent. We walked so much on this trip that we both had blisters on our feet, definately need to be fitter for our next visit, and there will certainly be a next visit.
