Basilika - Roman Imperial Throne Room: In the beginning of 4th century A.D. throne room of Emperor Constantine, later castle of the Trier Electoral Princes, Protestant church today. One of the UNESCO world heritage.
Dom: In the heart of the city the present Cathedral stands on the top of a former Constantinian Palace, later the largest Christian church in Antiquity. One the UNESCO world heritage.
Dom Museum: The new bishops Museum next to the Dom owns a collection of archaeological finds and Christian art.
