Stayed at this hotel ONE NIGHT thank god and Allah, the only good thing was it was near the airport, the service was pretty poor and most of the staff seemed tpo hand around the main cafe area with the guests. Breakfast was one of the worst i had ever seen and never hope to see again, for the charged it was appaling also the hotel is going through a refit this takes place when the hotel is opoen like being in a building site. the only other good thing was the bus back to the airport appalling all in not recommended . would not stay here again and would not reccomend it to anyone

I stayed over night and was the worse.the staff did not wake me for my flight and they made me pay for that ,i hated that journey so much because of that hotel.

Was there for two or three days and it was okay for the money. Breakfast was nothing special in my opinion. The hotel is surely not the newest, but it is clean and you see that the staff is trying to maintain it as good as possible

Visiting Friends first time in amman, stayed for 2 weeks. I got lucky and got a bigger ROOM, checking in took 3 minutes, staff was somewhat Friendly but some of the old timers will give you the looks. Lobby looked clean but the room was NOT especially the bed sheets, covers and pillows. back of the hotel is located right next to a school so it gets very noisy when students go home. DO NOT EXPECT 4 STARS by international standards it's really a 3 star hotel because rooms are not so clean, not so new and you have to ask for things to be DONE or CLEANED and on TOP OF THAT VISITORS ARE NOT ALLOWED so your Friends cannot come see you in your room!

Budget price, location. Poorly lit, rooms and public areas in need of a facelift. Some of the staff needed some advice about personal hygiene. We visited Jordan in August and the days were very hot. The staff needs todo shower and use deoderant every day anddo the occasional Glasgow shower mid-day.

there is no courtesy to even provide with complimentary water if it charges so high for its room. There are no bathroom sleepers, No shower caps, no dental kit. But the only good thing about the hotel is its location near the business hub shemmeisani and the market place. They need to be more courteous and considerate.

I was hoping for pool time and it was next door and the smell in the pool was terrible - of old milk. Thought they would have a better dinner menu - was a buffet style. Thought - good news, thee are other resturants near by.

Fabulous hotel. Beautifully decorated, spacious room with spotlessly clean marble bathroom with plenty of hot water and fluffy towels. Gourmet breakfast with more than ten kinds of breads, jams, omelets, fruits, vegetables, cheeses, hummus, hot and cold drinks, beautifully served in a lovely dining room. Staff was delightful and informative. We almost cried when we left. You will love this hotel!

We booked this hotel through HoelClub and got a decent rate. We stayed in Golden Tulip Grand Palace in Amman just for one night. The hotel was excellent value for the money, very clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. For dinner they were offering a buffet largely for groups. We were not keen to have a large buffet, the staff were happy to accommodate us with an a la carte menu.

I stayed here for four nights, the Hotel was the best four star hotel i have stayed in Amman, the staff were friendly, rooms were of a nice size and bathroom had a good presurised shower however I had to stand in the bath. There was satellite TV with english movies, news, discovery etc and there was a mini bar. The only downside was that the food was not fantastic, the breakfast was limited however it was ok. Another good point is that the hotel regency that is next door to the tulip has a good European bar called Trader Vics, quite expensive bar but then all bars in Jordan are. For a four star hotel it was very good value for money.

Excellent value for the room. The (free) swimming pool and sauna are in the hotel next-door. Buffet dinner for 10 Jordan Dinars also excellent value.
