Great service from front desk staff. What we got was an absolutely magnificent suite - two rooms, each more than 20x20 feet, with a separate toilet at the entrance and a large glassed-in bath with both shower and Jacuzzi tub. One of the nicest hotel rooms that we have ever had. Incidentally, parking was free and transport to central Amsterdam was easy.

Clean, impressive, staff very accommodating, convenient public transportation, loved it. Food at the breakfast buffet was not kept warm enough. We were extremely pleased with our stay at the Golden Tulip, the facilities and the hotel staff made our stay a satisfying experience. I want to return for another stay and would recommend this hotel to friends and family.

Food at the restaurant was very good. Too far away from the city center. Staff was nice but did not seem to be well trained, felt like we were staying at Ikea showroom, internet is not free unless you have a wireless connection, there is a bus to the city center but not convenient to get around, had to take two separate elevators to get to our room on the fourth floor, and even with a do not disturb sign on the door, the front desk called to see we wanted our room cleaned. However, the food at the main restaurant was very good and it is located in a very quite neighborhood.

Designed with good taste. Located near a railway. Great room, good breakfast, mainly business man, the interior design is overwhelming. Thank you.
