Reception was a little chaotic and took some time to find my reservation. The man from the travel agency turned up in the morning to collect payment for my bill. He couldn't take credit card payment and insisted on cash.The room was clean and tidy.

This hotel was great for a stop over. I had 7 hours in between flights. The hotel was great for a sleep and shower. I had booked a single room but got upgraded to a double, which was clean and quiet. The best part was when I was taken back to the airport by the shuttle bus. The wonderful driver escorted me through baggage check (ignoring the queue.) He sorted out check in and rushed me through passport control. (I wasn't even late for my flight.) He even directed me to duty free and refused to take any money. What a brilliant demonstration of hospitality. Thank you. The only silly thing I can complain about is the pillows.

An acceptable place for a short layover in Amman. Room was clean, service at the front desk could have been better.

Only hotel near airport which is fairly dated. Rooms reasonably comfortable with the types of basic services you would expect from a 3* hotel. Breakfast offered is pretty basic.

An excellent choice if you need to be close to the airport. The staff are friendly and helpful and rooms are perfect for a one night stop over. However, if you plan on looking around Amman, a hotel in the city would probably be a better option.

Basic transit hotel, but the service was very good and it was a comfortable place to spend one night.
