Hotel is centrally located, within easy walking distance of shops and hotels. The food was excellent, and the prices for the "specials", like prime rib and a complete breakfast, were exceptional. It was a great place to spend a night.

There was a basket in the room with all sorts of snacks and drinks. The nearby vending machines were empty for our entire trip. This hotel was not as big as most on the street, but it did have its highlights in other areas. The room was moderately priced, but lacked free WIFI, which should be a must in most hotels. However, Joe's Crab Shack was a real treat for a hotel on the river and the nightclub seemed to be the hottest spot on Casino Drive. The buffet staff could have been a little more helpful for the newcomers, but everything else was absolutely splendid.

Most of the restaurants were closed. While they did offer some good food prices, that was only for a few hours during specific days and ONLY if you were a 'card caring member'. I opt not to join such memberships because the application forms I've seen are quite intrusive and the casinos (and hotels) ask too many personal questions. I don't want anyone tracking my fun habits! Why not extend the great food prices to all guests and for more hours/days?

My wife and I liked the atrium. The room looked nice. The soft beds helped us to sleep like a log. My step son found the hotel through Priceline. Price wise was very good. We normally stay at another location in McLaughlin. When my wife and I left Friday morning, she suggested on staying at the Nugget on our return trip. We live in Arizona. In stead of staying one night, she suggested staying two nights. I made reservations for two nights. I would suggest this to others we know. As I stated earlier, we enjoyed observing the atrium. From the Harlow restaurant the atrium added to the experience.

Stayed the day after memorial day. never been in laughlin before but it was very hot. around 88-90 degrees at night but you couldn't tell because the hotel is so air conditioned. rooms are away from casino enough that you rarely hear any noise. casino is on the small side and has no buffet but i like not having to hike very far to go from one place to another.

Price and convenience. Not well marked to find certain things in the hotel.

The check-in time is misleeding. They indicate 2:00pm, however the actual check-in is at 3:00pm. The registration process was not pleasant. They actually checked us in at 3:40pm. They claimed that the check in was from 3:00pm to 4:30pm. The front desk staff, one of them in particular was not very helpful. The casino is small and the 4th floor is the highest you can get.

River view, lots of parking. The shower head dripped all night. The cold water faucet in the bathroom sink made rattly pipe noises all the time. I didn't specify a non smoking room, so I was given a smoking room. The lady at the front desk found a non smoking one for us. She was very helpful and pleasant.

1. We booked a higher rate deluxe river view room but were assigned to a garden view room instead. The hotel staff refused to either change our room or make an adjustment to the rate. Next time in Laughlin we'll be at Harrahs. 2. The hotel TV system is very, very poor quality and did not offer either CNN, MSNBC or FOX News (at that time). Not very classy for a hotel.

The restaurants and decor were great. No bar or restaurant at the pool and can't bring ice chests to the pool. This was my first time staying at this hotel (I've stayed at most of the others in Laughing), and I really enjoyed it.

The rooms and beds, very comfortable. Charge to go into the club, ifI am a hotel guest why not get it for free?

The room was nice. The biggest downfall of the place was the crab house at the hotel. The service was slow and careless. When we did order (30 minutes after being seated), they got my fiance's order wrong. I ordered a hamburger and got the worst tasting thing I have ever eaten. Almost $20 for two sandwiches and soft drinks. The waiters spent more time [*] with their friends them waiting on customers!!

Not clean, not in good location, no view. I will not stay there again. Of all the Casino's I have stayed in, this was the worst. Even though it is small and old, it could be clean and nice. There was a web on the ceiling full of little bugs. I will not recommend anyone stay in this hotel.

It was very easy and simple to check in and find our rooms which were beautiful, all in all very nice except for the bad wind outside kind of noisy all night plus our neighbors didn't help any very loud, I think next time I will ask for a room that doesn't have children or partiers. Other than that we had a nice time. I think we'll celebrate our 37th wedding anniversary this year in april there!!!!

Price for room was very reasonable, the welcome basket was a nice touch and used greatly by my wife. Registration desk not close enough and elevator jammed while we were in it. Overall, very good.
