Stayed in the Executive Suite Spa room. Room was great with nice views and excellent facilities. The service from all staff was fantastic. Bar in the pool was a great afternoon hangout after coming from the beach. Will stay again.

Stayed in Executive Spa suite, had a great view from balcony, bedroom and spa. Great position, close to beach and everything located in walking distance. Room service food was excellent. Hotel were extremely helpful and friendly, particulary Dan from Conceirge who is an asset to the Hotel. I would definitely stay again and highly recommend it.

Good location. The room was a good size and facilities also very good> The buffet breakfast is wonderful, plenty of choices. The staff friendly and helpful. Overall a most pleasant stay.

Fantastic food in both the Lygon and Yamagen. The service was good in both, found the yamagen a little over priced. Good family hotel.

Was quite dissapointed to be honest for the price the room really didnt live up to anything. It was quite small and having only double beds really wasnt big enough for two adults. Paid extra for a ocean view room and was on the fourth floor and couldnt really see anything. Very dissapointed and won't be staying again .

We booked a hotel with a sea view of surfer paradise and it was astonishing. The rooms are lovely too, very good cosy feel it was a relaxing experience at the hotel. The hotel staff were very friendly, very helpful when i asked them for direction and to clarify some billing problems. The facilities were really good, but not what i really need.. there're even playstation games build within the hotel. Downside of all these are.. it's not for free.. and it isn't cheap. It's a luxury hotel and you'll certainly enjoy it if you're willing to spend abit more. Overall.. a good hotel to stay, especially traveling with love ones. 4.5/5 for me. (From Singapore/Australia)

The Hotel was comfortable but over rated as a 5 star Hotel. It is in need of some renovation and until this is done should be rated as a 4 star max and reduce the rates.

The hotel charged me drinks for which I did not use and tried to get away from it. This hotel is a disgrace for five start hotels.

Hotel was very well appointed. We were very warmly welcomed. My only negative would be that upon check in our key card did not work and we had to go back to reception to get a new one. The next day the card did not work again. This appeared to be a general thing as there were guests at reception to get new keys when we were there. If staying a long time this would have been a very big problem for us, if it continued. I was most impressed with the standard and cleanliness of not only the room but the public areas in general.

Reception staff were rude, and the carpark left a lot to be desired. The hotel has been through a refit and all the old furnishings were taking up valuable parking spaces and gave quite a downmarket appearance. Great location

House keeping slow and slack we had to wait over 12 hours for fresh towels. Swimming pool is too small for the amount of guests staying at the hotel. Kids in female spa areas of the gym which is annoying after a work out (needs to be controlled by staff/supervised). Guest services and concierge wonderful, ocean view room fantastic.
