This small guesthouse comprises a total of 3 double rooms and features a lobby, a TV lounge, a breakfast room and Internet access. The lounge and conservatory offer magnificent views of Ben Nevis and the surrounding mountains and guests are invited to stroll along the canal to nearby bars and restaurants or to simply sit and relax and watch the boats pass by from the garden, lounge or conservatory. Guests may hire bikes from the guesthouse and ample off-street private car parking is available. An extensive breakfast menu is available which can be tailored to guests' requirements. Packed lunches are also provided. A few minutes from Fort William by car, taxi, bus or train. Situated on a quiet country road away from the hustle and bustle of the town yet close to local amenities. Ideal for touring west coast of Scotland. Within a short drive guests can visit Ardnamurchan, Glencoe, Oban, Mallaig, Loch Ness Mull and Skye.| From South and Glasgow follow signs to Fort William on A82 (2 hours from Galsgow city airport). Pass through Fort William on A82. On outskirts of town there is a mini roundabout with Ben Nevis Distillery on right and BP garage on left., turn left onto A830. Cross the river bridge, after about 1.6 km, cross the Caledonian canal and turn right onto B8004 signedposted to Gairlochy. Pass the Moorings hotel. Drive for a further 500 metres. Hotel is on right. There is a large blue and white sign outside. From North and Inverness follow signs to Fort Wiliam on A82. On outskirts of town there is a roundabout with Ben Nevis Distillery on left and BP garage on right. At this roundabout turn right onto A830. Follow directions as above.|
