Glenmoritston Arms Hotel is situated close to the mysterious and enchanting Loch Ness and at the foot of one of Glen Affric - considered by many to be the most beautiful of all the Highland glens. This puts the hotel within comfortable driving distance of a variety of attractions, like Culloden Battlefield, the Falls of Foyers, Fort Augustus golf course and plenty of loch and river game fishing right on your doorstep.

There are just eight high quality, comfortable bedrooms, so each guest is welcomed as an individual. The most luxurious of these is the recently renovated Moriston Four Poster Room. The upgraded facilities include a Flat Screen TV, DVD player, Four Poster bed with full drapes in Ancient Buchanan tartan with WiFi internet access in this room and through most of the hotel's public areas.

The Moriston Bar is a favourite haunt of the locals and serves as an excellent place to while away the evening, having a bit of a blether (talk) and sampling some of the 150 malt whiskies on offer. The bar is also one of very few places in the world where you can enjoy authentic Skye cask ales, delivered in traditional wooden barrels. Alternatively, the Tavern - well known locally for its daily specials - offers a tempting range of Scottish snacks and light meals, along with a pool table and dart board.

What are your breakfast options?: Full Scottish Breakfast, croissants, cereals, fruits & yogurts. The breakfast time varies depending on time of year, low season e.g March through April & October to December 8:30am to 9:30am High Season May to September 8:00am to 9:30am. The cost is included in the room charge.
What transport is available to get around?: We are around 30 miles from each big town and there is only a bus service which is approximately 1-2 hourly in the season and about 2-3 hourly off season. There is only one local taxi.
What can I do nearby?: Attractions available:

- Fabulous scenery for walking, cycling and touring by car
Do you have internet?: WiFi is available in the hotel but with limited access, unfortunately it's not accessible in most of the rooms, the best connection is in the small reception area. This is due to our geographical location, we have poor internet coverage/connection levels.
