My husband was recently relocated to the Calgary branch and we stayed at the Glenmore Inn while our new condo was being finished. (2 weeks). We stayed in the Premier Wing and really enjoyed ourselves. The room was great, and I was able to work out and go for a swim everyday. The staff always went out of their way to say hello. The restaurant offered great food. They have a Sunday Brunch in The Garden Court that was phenomenal.

It's a waste of money! Our stay was awful from beginning to check out. There was a problem with our booking and we talked to the reservations supervisor Jessica ?? and she was awful! Completely rude and has absolutely no customer service skills. The rooms were okay but too bad their staff leaves a lot to desire for.

On site restaurants and bar were excellent. The room was not nice. Overall the hotel itself was very nice. However the room I was given was very old and in desperate need of some upgrades. It kind of resembled a room you would expect at at truck stop motel.

It was close to the freeway. Our room was very noisy. The hotel is basic and well maintained. I would not classify it as a 3 star hotel at all. We were in the garden level, perhaps the tower is better. I cannot say I would recommend this hotel without caution.
