Good Service, nice and clean. It's just that this place is far from CBD and the bathroom is shared. Other than that, a great accommodation to consider.

I love the GF - it reminds me of an old fashioned B&B with a real country feel about it. You have just what you need - share bathroom might be hard to get used to - but short stroll to the best harbour views. great restaurants nearby but best of all is having a buffet breakfast under the trees in the garden. very quaint and one of the cheapest prices in Sydney, especially for North Shore

Excellent Stay - more like a B&B than anything else. Full breakfast in was a bonus - a little walk from train Station or Bus but close to the ferry. Would gladly stay again.

Lovely Hotel at an amazing price. It felt very welcoming and was comforatble with an excellent breakfast included. 100 metres from the Kirribilli ferry to the City and 200 metres from stunning views of the city at night. Loved it.

Both my travelling companion and I really enjoyed staying here and loved the old world charm of the breakfast dining room. We found the staff helpful and friendly. Parking wasn't a problem over Xmas. I think I would probably get one of the the rooms with a balcony next time as the scenery is worth looking at.

Cons: Lots of stairs, shared bathrooms. pretty pricey internet. Pros: Cannot beat this location, so close and convenient to ferries and trains, shops, luna park, restaurants and yet out of hustle an bustle of city. Lovely safe area for walking around. Buffet breakfast every day is included in price and can save a bit of money.

Breakfast was excellant with plenty to choose from and enough to satisfy most. My only reservation about my stay was shareing facilities. However for a younger group this would not be a problem. (I'm 56)

car parking is a bit hard to find, on street parking. nice place to stay, a good location, good food.

Staff extremely helpful. Stairs could be a problem for wrinklies such as us but we asked and got moved downstairs at the first opportunity. Breakfast was great and the location was brilliant Only five minutes walk away from the ferry and if you fancied a bit longer walk, about fifteen to twenty minutes walk to the other ferry.
