Gizella Hotel and Restaurant

Hotel Gizella, named after the first Hungarian queen, is situated in the historical part of the city of Veszprém, where the historic centre, the castle and St. Benedict Hill meet.

The hotel can be found in one of the oldest parts of Veszprém, in the district called St. Catherine. There are stairs leading directly to the old, intimate streets and squares of the castle. The picturesque town and the banks of the brook offer ideal walking opportunities.

Our beautiful Baroque hotel, now a protected monument, has been sympathetically renovated, respecting its 200-year-old original character whilst embracing modern comfort and elegance.

In the en suite, air conditioned rooms, clean white walls and linen are complimented by natural wooden floors, beams and furniture. The high arched ceilings convey a sense of grandeur that will add to your comfort and pleasure.
