Rooms are small, very squeezy, my single room which had a queen bed was same size and same facilities as my sons and girlfriends double room. All beds are pushed up against wall with 1 meter walk space next to it- Only difference was 1 towell or two! Price difference significant- single room or double room you choose - need hotel swipe card to get you off at room floor. New hotel, modern decor and very clean,2 minute walk Ginza shops and good location near Ginza train station or from JR line 2 stops away - change to local train and get off at Ginza station.-taxi driver had difficulty finding hotel as we arrived in the evening. All bathrooms are very compact. Breakfast was ok about $15,wasn't included with our hotel room. Starbucks and AM/PM convenience store really close by. By train to Akihabara - electric city took 20 mins - great place if you want cameras and electrically things duty free. Asakusa about the same travel time - great souveneir shopping here.

Staff very helpful even at 4am, location is great just catch the bus from the airport( one hour drive) and it almost drops you at the front door, free tea and coffee in lobby, plus free internet in lobby also free in room if you have own PC, Breakfast was great for the 1500yen pp, rooms are big and very very clean, walking distance to Imperial gardens and Main Ginza fashion centre, recommend and would stay again......
