The Gimmond hotel is located in the Kodenma-cho area where it provides easy access to Akihabara, the electric goods town. It is located in a quiet area, and it takes only 3 minutes to walk to the nearest station.

The famous electric town, Akihabara, is approximately a 20-minute walk from the hotel. Akihabara offers visitors a good opportunity to view and purchase the latest electronic products and gadgets on the Japanese market such as computers, stereo systems, cellular phones and home appliances.

The rooms are small and simply furnished. Bed sized for double rooms is 147 cm width and 195 cm long. No closet in all rooms. The restaurant provides Japanese and western breakfast, but only a western menu is available during dinner time.

The building is square in shape, and brown in colour with a brick exterior. The lobby is medium in size with a light-brown marbled floor.
