Gili Air Hotel Lombok

WELCOME TO HOTEL GILI AIR and RESTAURANTThe Gili Air Hotel is built on 35.000 sq .meters of land . Comfort are of a three star Hotel, e.g. air-conditioned rooms with hot water. It is made up of thirty traditional bungalows and European style rooms. The bungalows and the restaurant are located directly on the sea shore. All the rooms have private bathroom and comfortable balcony Outside .Off north west of Lombok are three small island Gili Air,Gili Meno and Gili Trawangan (Gili means small island ) each with superb white sandy beaches, clear water, coral reefs, brilliant colored fishes. Those are the best sites for snorkeling and diving in Lombok. The island have become increasingly popular with visitor and any development is being carefully monitored and controlled to ensure they keep much of their unspoiled quality. Gili Air is the most eastern island, and it can be reached in 10 to 15 minutes by outrigger boat from Bangsal harbour , and also there are possibility to use speed Boat to come to island just 2 hours from Benua harbour in Bali( WWW.gilicat.com ). The only allowed means of transport in this paradise are buggies towed by local ponies ( no car, no pollution and no mosquitoes on the island just traditional transport the name is Horse car ( CIDOMO ) and the cost is very cheaper ). The surrounding sea is populated by a multitude of tropical fishes. The native population is very jovial and friendly. There are no currency limitations. A small mini market is available on the island where any kind of common item can be found. Boat return ticket are sold directly on the island

Public transport, with taxis and regular buses (called bemo), will take you to Bangsal, the port from where connections with Gili Air island, leave.The journey can take between 30 minutes and an hour and a half. Our hotel can, in any case, arrange for you to be picked up in Lombok from anywhere on the island.
