Location and accessibility. Housekeeping on Saturday morning was too loud in the hallways.

This was our second stay at this hotel and we will be back. This is awonderful location for any downtown Atlanta attraction. Walking distance to grocery store, restaurants and interstate. Staff is very helpful. The desk clerk on duty when we came in gave us directions to get to the hotel over the phone and directions to the restaurant we were attending that night. This hotel is CLEAN! Beds are comfortable, easy temp control. Very pleasant place to stay.

We were able to walk to a number of very good restaurants. The one recommended by the concierge was excellent! There was a Publix and CVS very close to the hotel. Get good directions on getting to the hotel because the one way street can make it difficult to go straight to the hotel. The exit off 75/85 is not very clear on the map at the hotel website. Once there, it was great except for the restaurant. We ate breakfast one morning and ordered from the menu. Even though there were few people in the place the service was slow and the food less that desirable. Price high for quality. Absolutely the cleanest hotel I have ever stayed in!

Hotel staff were friendly and efficient. The room was clean and well appointed. The room had the best temperature control system we have found in any hotel. We just set the temperature we wanted and the system kept it spot on perfect. It is not to far from a merta station, and there are several very nice restaurants near by on Peachstreet. They charge #10/night for vehicle parking but this is lower than other hotels in the area. It is located ~1 mile from the downtown Atlanta attractions but a safe walk and there is a marta station 10 minutes from the hotel.

The bathroom was fine. The room was dirty and worn; staff was rude; no free wireless. Tthe front desk was very rude when I called because the TV was not working. Too loud - housekeeping stood in the hall cackling at 8 am.

This is not a luxury hotel by any means, but it is fairly new, very well-maintained, clean, and seems to be quite secure. Uniformed Georgia Tech security officers patrol often, as do members of Atlanta's city police force; we felt safe walking in the area and in the whole of midtown. The location is great and the front staff are efficient and friendly. Great value if all you are looking for a is a nice, clean, safe room in a good location.

PLUSES: Awesome location - restaurants, a grocery store, and coffee all within walking distance. Easy access to interstates. Hotel is very new-but some things were awfully aged for such a new spot (little things though). Great beds. Great breakfast in hotel restaurant. MINUSES: Parking is a hassle-garage is adjacent to, but not attached to the hotel, so you have to walk outside from the garage to the hotel, and it is quite far if you have a lot of stuff (or a child). I thought the parking was expensive as well. Take that into consideration when looking at prices for comparison. Staff was moderately helpful. Pool is indoor - and the tile around it is very very slippery - not recommended for kids. Internet access is NOT free - which annoys me, when you pay so much for a room, AND parking, I feel like it should be thrown in, but I supposed that is standard in a lot of places. All in all, nice place to stay - newness helps and it has all the usual stuff that makes a room nice.

Hit it for a good rate. Probably couldn't get it again without it.

Very clean, great location and with nice accommodations. No suites. Pay for parking. Great hotel in Technology Square near GA Tech campus. Very clean public spaces as well as rooms. Bar and restaurant in public area. However no suites for a more comfortable stay. Would highly recommend it and would stay there again.

Many hotels in the GaTech area, this by far the most convenient, upscale with respect to the campus.

We were in town to watch the Braves vs. Red Sox and visit the Aquarium. We had a great stay from checkin to checkout. The staff was very friendly, the room was clean, and the beds were very comfortable. Our only problem with the whole weekend was the Sox's lost the only game we attended.

Clean and new. Some staff wasunfriendly. Very little extras. Hotel is very clean and new. Decor and simple, pleasant and modern. Location is near Marta station, restaurants and coffee shop. Does not include free wireless or breakfast. Some staff was friendly and outgoing while others were unaccommodating and rude.

Very clean rooms, nice location. had a room with 2 queen beds. just a few blocks from a MARTA stop. But the parking was $15 a day.

The location was excellent. The parking garage did not attach to the hotel. It was a very nice hotel in mid town Atlanta, clean rooms, helpful staff. I would stay there again.

Hotel had the wrong dates and only one room reserved when two were booked through Orbitz. It took 30 minutes for them to make it right and then the rooms given were three FLOORS away from each other. I am a single father of four children and it was not optimal for my family to be separated. Orbitz had it right (thank you) but the Georgia Tech Hotel had it wrong. At least they gave me two rooms at the quoted price but it was a hassle. Hotel staff was courteous and patient but in today's electronic age how did they get it so wrong? The dates were three days off and only one room was in their system. I will be in Atlanta again but I will never go there or recommend that hotel to anyone ever. The hotel is also a moderate walk from the MARTA stations through some rough neighborhoods. MARTA was, however, a very well run, clean, efficient operation. My hat's off to the city of Atlanta for their superb subway system. Thank you.

The room decor was very updated and tasteful. The desk attendant was surly and not helpful, sometimes absent. The hotel is attractive and clean. I was under the impression that it was very close to a public transportation station, It was a rather lengthy walk. The location is fair, but I arrived on a Sunday evening and all the restaurants in walking distance were closed except for 1 fast food place and I did not feel safe walking to it. The lobby is pretty and they offered chilled water with sliced fruit, but the desk attendant was little help if any and not able to give directions.
