they have two locations and i was booked in the 30th street location. When I got there and took everything out of the car they told me i was at their 29th street location. So there was alot of back and forth. ALso, there was no mention of a $30 parking fee for their hotel in addition.

I really liked this hotel. It was not the usual 4 star hotel I stay in but it served it purpose. I was traveling with my mom, husband and 7 month old daughther. I like the fact that the living room had a queen sized bed and separate kitchen with utensils. The furniture is a little old but who cares. Overall great place to stay. Oh by the way it is located 2 blocks from the Georgetown popular shopping district and 3 blocks from the harbour for those who love an early morning run by the waterfront. I forgot...complimentary continental breakfast...not common in D.C.

I am a Certified RTA and I did my own inspection without a guide. I like to get the REAL FACTS without a guide. I was in D.C. celebrating our 100 year Boule for Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority Inc. The location is excellent and close to the two bus lines. I traveled to the Convention Center daily. After 9:00 p.m. you have to get a taxi which was a little expensive. There are a lot of nice shops and restaurants within walking distance near the water. I stayed in a Studio Suite and I had plenty of room. They need to update the kitchen and leave directions on how to operate the T.V. The laundry room was very hot. The breakfast area was nice. I had trouble with my key getting into the snack room and laundry room. They have one free computer and you have a time limit. The exercise room was small but nice. I forgot to put the do not disturb sign on the door, the maid entered without knocking. (I had my music playing) I told her I would be a few minutes but she continued to throw the trash away and said she would return. I had one BAD EXPERIENCE with the evening desk clerk. He messed up my transportaiton back to BWI. He told me he had called the Blue Shuttle and everything was fine. When it was time to leave I did not have transportation to BWI. Because of his unnecessary mistake, it caused me *.00 instead of *.00 to get to the airport.

Bad, not very clean, no parking space, they charged $20 extra for parking ( not mentioned before ).

Convenient location, great room and many amenities. Excellent location. Perfect for families who are traveling on a budget and plan to stay several nights. Staffis very friendly and helpful. Good value for the money.

Rooms are in OK shape, but need upgrades. Location is bad compared to what they say they offer. Shops and eateries are too far away to just walk to. Museum's are not close either. Metro is needed for almost all activities. I will not stay again. before you book one of these rooms, mapquest eateries and activities first and make sure this is the location you want. Would be great if you are visiting the University for a day or 2. My wife and I are not impressed and would not recommend.

Nice big rooms. The hallways and elevators could be repainted and cleaned up. It felt a little like a dorm hallway until you got into the rooms. The room was nice and clean. The staff was always cheerful and helpful.

Great rooms, all suites. Wonderful location in the heart of Georgetown! It was way overpriced. This is a nice hotel for the business traveler. It's in the heart of Georgetown and central to lots. All suite rooms are spacious, but sparsely furnished. The hotel has limited amenities but the staff is friendly and courteous. Due to my travel time, my room was very overpriced.

The positive reviews proved correct at GT Suites. Great location, close to good food & shopping, short walk to the bus stop to get around town. If we return to D.C., we're staying here.

This was a great location for visiting a friend at Georgetown University. The hotel was very clean and staff was most helpful. The continental breakfast was the only disappointment as they never had enough coffee and the bread/pastry items dry. There was a Starbucks very close by. Many shops and restaurants close at hand and I never used my car.

Location androom space. Staff wasvery rude, manager and breakfast personnel, room smelled like tobacco. Overall very well, little time you deal with personnel was bad. Location wasexcellent.

I stayed at the Harbor building on 12/2. Was reserved for other building, but they operate as one location and put you where they want. The room was clean, but looked like a time warp ? 1983? Kitchen and complimentary breakfast. Parking 18. Room overlooked the courtyard -- friends complained theirs overlooked the freeway. Bad experience in the elevator -- it dropped several feet and jostled around for about 20 seconds. I made the front desk aware, they didn't bat an eye, think they already knew. For the same price, I'd recommend the Latham, it?s more centrally located and more updated.

The hotel has 2 locations, and we had confirmation from one while we were expected in the other... The garage ceiling was too low for the SUV and we were lucky to be able to park on the street, and later in a parking garage on K st. Check in time is overwelming for the staff with crowds cramped in a small waiting area. the king bed in the basement room T8 is great but the room smells moisture or mold? so we changed for an upstairs room. All rooms with a king bed are over used, and when you move, the person next to you jumps up... only the T8 room bed being never used is in a great shape... great location in Georgetown but far from subway. by car it is perfect.

The location was very good, and the staff was very helpful. This hotel is very comfortable for a business or leisure traveler and provides WiFi, a business center and breakfast that is not normally found in the DC area.

This hotel is terrific! The front desk staff is friendly and extremely helpful with every little detail. The suite was spacious, clean and bright. Conveniently located in the Georgetown area, and a short walk to the Metro to get anywhere in DC. The continental breakfast offered lots of choices, and the overall cost was so reasonable for all that was offered. We would definitely stay here again -- and would recommend it to others!

The staff was very accommodating and the hotel's location is perfect for anyone visiting the Georgetown section of Washington DC. The word suite connotes two rooms to me - I was surprised to find a standard hotel room with nicely equipped kitchen facilities. Georgetown Suites is a conveniently located hotel located in the Georgetown section of Washington DC. Price includes an attractively decorated room (not 2-room suite) with kitchen facilties, plus a continental breakfast. Indoor parking is provided for an additional fee. All in all, a good value and a great choice for visitors to Dc and, specifically, the Georgetown area.

The location is perfect if you want to be in Georgetown/near Georgetown University. It's only half a block off of M St. The suite was just what we needed with a baby. We put a crib in the bedroom with us and were able to put her down for naps and at bedtime and then be in the other room. The kitchen was fine (full size fridge) and the furniture was good -- there is a nice dining room table with four chairs and two big couches. The suite had a lot of space and I loved the giant walk in closet in the main room. The kitchen and bathroom are clearly pretty old, (though there is a new flat-screen TV) but things were clean in and in working order, so no real complaints.

Bed linens were luxurious! Down comforter and mattress cover. The bath soaps did not smell like they were called (lime and coconut).
