Hotel is a condominium. Price very reasonable but minimal services provided. Guests must replenish towels daily at the office. No soap, shampoo provided. Rooms were not cleaned or checked during the entire stay. Floors under beds were not cleaned. Elevator damaged due to storm. Mobility impaired individuals had no access to elevator since there is only one elevator for the building. Located about 5 to 10 minute walk to the main street (Parkway). Convenient to the main trolley and the aquarium. If what is and what isn't provided was explained in the description, we would have known what to expect.

During our visit to Gatlinburg, Tn. we were really suprised to find such a nice condo once we arrived. we were a little late arriving to Gatlinburg so I called the number listed for the condo and they told me where to find the keys and that contact information for them would be included in the box in case we needed anything. Our two bedroom two bath condo was great. Parking left a little to be desired with the condo being on the side of the hill. The parking lot was up-hill, but there was plenty of spaces available. I would strongly recamend the Gatlinburg Towers to anyone visiting the area.
