Room was very nice for the price. Many places to eat nearby. Continental breakfast was a joke. The free breakfast needs a waffle iron. Liked having a refrigerator and microwave in the room.

the evening shift X was so nice and welcoming to us. X gave us a local map and dinner suggestions and even mentioned the local hot springs for our sore legs from traveling and she explained that they had a handicap lift.Most hotel frondesk clerks get bugged when you ask them so many questions not this lady she was very friendly even offered to help with our luggage since it was snowing and my husband is handicapped.

The staff of this facility was very inhospitable. Before going to bed I pulled down the sheets, and found blood on the sheet, I called the front desk and was told that since I did not call before 10 p.m. that there was nothing that they would do. Then they preceded to tell me that they only change sheets every three days. She then said that she would call the cops if I called again. The problem was that it wasn't our blood. This is a big health issue. If we would of knew this, we wouldn't have though about coming to this place. The lady was very rude about being bothered. She said it wasn't a emergency. To us, this is an emergency. Like I said, this is a big health issue. Please find another place.

Very well decorated and maintained. The front desk clerk was extremely helpful/friendly. Bed linen not tucked in smoothed out.

We were broke down X at frontdesk gave us an incredible rate. Her husband works at chevy he was so friendly in getting our car fixed and cheaper than the big city. X drove us to the local walmart and to dinner this is the type of hospitality you won't get from chain hotels.This hotel met more than any expectations you could ever have at any hotel.

We stayed in the Honeymoon room and it was re\aly the best time ever. The room is decorated to absolute exquisite taste, there was even champaagne in the room. The frntdesk was above and beyond friendly and down to earth.
