Tired and over worn. The whole place needs renovating No hot water at the wash hand basin or the bath. The shower produced hot water but the open electrical wiring to the water heater was a bit worrying. The hotel fronts on to a busy street with container lorries going by all day and night. I stayed only one night due to the faults mentioned

older from the 30's. It needs renovation. Staff is great. Very accomadating. Air condinitioning in rooms worked great. mini fridge. wifi, phones. Not a great neighborhood near nothing. But taxi's are cheap to everywhere.

Okay, I have to admit that the Garden Plaza has seen better days, but who hasn't? The paint is chipped, and the furniture is worn, but it has its charms. It's about 20 minutes from the airport, and from what I could tell in my time there, centrally located in Manilla. There are some dimly-lit back streets in the area, and I wouldn't advise taking a midnight stroll by yourself, but that's Manilla: be sensible and you'll be fine. The staff in the hotel are friendly and accomodating, and help you out if you need it. It's not the Ritz (and frankly, it's a little over-priced), but it has character. I'll stay again.

If you need a place to stay the night the price is great and the location is not too bad or too far from the airport.

The hotel is in a quite good location when you want to get around with the LRT. But when you want to book in this hotel ask in advance to see the room because some rooms are not in a so well condition or can be very noisy. At least the service team fixed all problems at the same day in my room. What I found strange is that there was be a requirement of a deposit in advance at checking in from it any additional services like laundry are be paid. The breakfast was a good and enough amount. The swiming pool is very small but at least clean. What is not true to the cabins directly outside.

I found the Garden Plaza Hotel to be quite comfortable, with a very friendly staff. they proved to be quite considerate and eager to please. The dining facilities was enjoyable with very good food. The fact that they have in room safes, provided extra security and convenience. The rooms were also provided with a TV and refrigerator. The housekeeping staff were capable and very polite, while daily keeping the rooms clean.

The Garden Plaza was the very comfortable, the room much larger than what i expected. The great about the place are the staff and the security they always checked on to make sure your safety and needs are taking care of.
