The grounds are very unkempt and pot holes could damage vehicle. The breakfast snack area smells. There was a hole in the wall. The bathroom door would not close. The shower drained very slow. The refrigerator leaked. The noise levels is very high. The walls are thin. I was yelled at by the cleaning staff when I was 15 minutes later than my check out time. I never felt safe.

The room itself was fine and a good deal for the money. However, the hotel was jammed packed with people. This caused lots of groups of people in the parking lot, hanging outside their rooms, in the street etc. and loud music was playing after midnight. The hotel allowed this to go on. Nothing changed until about three police cars showed up and cleared everyone. Hopefully, this was just a rare situation (maybe a party/reunion, there were some hurricane evacuees too).

about 10 minutes outside of Atlanta, so can stay near the city without the high rates downtown. Plenty off free parking, nice0looking pool that we didn't get a chance to use while there. Imaculate rooms, updated, good shower and water pressure. Good breakfast too.

Very large room, King bed, and clean Nice Breakfast. The walls seemed hollow as we heard a lot of noise from the next room. There was a large hole and hump in the entrance black top and there were other rough areas, but the room was large and clean. We stayedand the next room kept us up as the walls seemed hollow.

The rate was good, and this is a brand-new hotel; the mattresses were obviously new and were very comfortable; new carpet an d furniture, good lighting in the room and bathroom. The decor was very good; I believe this property had been a Best Western but is now independently-owned, so you know the quality is top-notch. Staff was friendly, breakfast very good, free daily newspaper a nice added touch. It was also only about 10 minutes to downtown Atlanta, so very convenient without having the hassle of staying right in the city. Thank you!

Very friendly people, and very attentive! Some plastered holes n the room, not painted over. Overall this is a nice motel with great staff! It was comfortable and clean and the continental breakfast was sufficient and included waffles. The staff was competant and all of the staff was extremely freindly. Well worth the money I spent!
