hould have posted this sooner as finding a good hotel in Milan that doesn't cost a fortune is like looking for a needle in a haystack! Stayed here mid November with hubby and 3 Children 11,14 and 16 . Lovely comfy hotel, great location for Centrale station, lots of lovely restaurants nearby and if you don't mind a bit of walking pretty much accessible to the main tourist sites. We walked to the San Babila steps from the hotel ,but got a taxi to Cenacolo Vinciano (shut your eyes its a scary ride!). Would definitely stay her again when we return to Milano.

A clean hotel, however not in a nice area of Milan. Close to the train terminal, but felt quite uneasy walking to the hotel (only a 15 min walk). Staff were quite helpful, however didn't offer any alternative when the guest internet facility was not working. Unfortunately had an early train so can't comment on breakfast - we were given "breakfast in a box" which wasn't good.

Location ideal, very central to everything and very close to the metro. Excellent friendly customer service. Good value for money. I would recommend to friends and I would definitely stay there myself again.

The hotel was centrally located but that was the only good thing. the attitude of the staff was awful, we were treated very badly. the rooms were very very small and were internal rooms so no natual light. The restaurant food was appalling the veal, one of the most expensive items on the menu, was 90% fat and 10% meat, when shown to the waitress she just shrugged her shoulders we didnt have any more luck with her colleague who could speak English - apologies are few and far between. This so called hotel is far from the 4 star it quotes.

Easy to find in central Milan. Reception staff were friendly but typically large hotel experience, rather impersonal. We were only there for a few days and one reason we booked this hotel was for the leisure facilities - which were out of action when we arrived. We were assured these would be open the next day, but were infact closed for the duration of our visit, as was the dining room - due to extensive, pre planned building work etc. Felt we should have been advised of this before booking as we had to eat breakfast in a windowless basement which was quite frankly wholly unpleasant. One plus point was the roof 'garden' with good views over the city but filthy furniture. A very disappointing experience. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Hotel was in an excellent location on a busy shopping street, right beside a Metro station making travel around the city extremely easy. Beds were comfy and room was a decent size and clean although the hotel wasn;t quite what would pass as 4-Star in the UK. Overall a great base from which to see the city.

Three friends staying for a shopping weekend. The hotel was ideally placed near the Central Station (easy walking distance) and 30 seconds from the Lima Metro stop on Line 1, 5 mins from Duomo. It had friendly staff, a good breakfast, it was clean, quiet (book room not on street), and our room - 425 - was large with a huge terrace (one of only rooms to have one). Shops and cafes around to buy wine to drink on terrace, and the hotel were happy to provide a corkscrew! Above expectations at a reasonable price for Milan.

Hotel is in a great location, very easy to get to most of the main attractions of Milan from here. Staff were so friendly from the cleaners to the reception staff. Ricarrdo the barman couldnt have been more friendly or helpful. I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Milan and i hope to stay there again soon.

Good location as the hotel was close to a Metro station, breakfast room was nice and the place was clean and tidy - however dont be fooled by the hotels flashy website. We were sadly a little disappointed by the very cramped conditions, poor quality of food and generally 80's feel about the place. Its a good hotel if you just want budget accomodation but certainly not what i would class as 4 star. Good food options for kids. \"Takeaway\" breakfast consisted of a pre-packed crisp bread, and some sickly peach juice! Worth paying extra for a nice hotel.
