We were very happy with the hotel. It's didn't have all the bells and whistles like a hot tub or a big pool, but we weren't there with kids. The rooms were very nice and clean. It wasn't noisy and the place is completely smoke free so there's not that smell that you always get from the past.

This hotel was fair. The rooms/bathrooms were moderately clean. The "concierge" followed us out of the hotel one night trying to get us to listen to a presentation on a timeshare. This was not appreciated. Overall, however, good value for the money.

First, the hotel and the room looked exactly like it did in the photos. The staff was very professional and extremely accomidating. We did have a glich when we first arrived with our reservation, however, the staff said "no problem" and photo copied my paperwork. The breakfast was great which included sausage, scrambled eggs, pancakes, biscuits, bagels, some fruit, yogurt, cereal, juices, coffee and milk. I know I wanted to know what the "continental breakfast" included. Parking was great. Plenty of gift shops to walk to and some restaurants as well. The pool is as pictured, and plenty of sun throughout the day. Our room was cleaned as I requested it, however, I felt the cleaning could of been a little more thorough in the bathroom, and I brought this up at the end of my stay, so in all fairness, I didn't give them a chance to correct this. On the plus side, I had nothing stolen from my room which was pleasant. If you plan on being gone ALL DAY, then this is a great place. We did have 1 "lazy day" and hung out at the pool which was boring. I would definitely recommend staying here because it is not slummy and not outragously expensive. I was looking for the "middle" since our entertainment would be the attractions and I was very pleased with my choice.

We stayed at this hotel during our trip to Disney for our baby's 2nd birthday. The rooms are very clean and all facilities are available. The best thing was that it was like 10 minutes from Disney. We had a great time.

We stayed on the 1st floor. If staying again I would try and get to an upper floor. One thing I noticed was about a 3/4 - 1 inch gap under the door to the hall on first floor. Not sure if this is some FLA building code or what, but others in our party staying at other hotels in the area noticed the same thing on first floor doors. Otherwise the room was clean as can be expected... a little smaller that the pictures look, but not bad. Continental Breakfast was served between 6-9AM, but Eggs and Sausage were served about 7:30ish... early risers were getting donuts, Bagels and Coffee. Fridge in the room was nice. Buy Bottled water at Target and take to the parks with you. It will save you the 3.50 a bottle :) Good location, good Pizza place "World Class New York Pizza" or something like that... within walking distance. IHOP real close if the Continental Breakfast does not cut it. I did not take the Shuttle to Disney, but they have one. Staff was friendly, friendly time share folks in the lobby, not too pushy, but these people are everywhere... Better than most places we saw and a fair price. You won't go wrong in my opinion.

Great place to stay. Very clean, no smoking facility. Breakfast was served every morning, hot, friendly environment. I would stay there again without hesitation.

Close to all attractions. Great reataurants within walking distance. Staff was great and knowledgeable about area. Markets close by.

Galleria Palms is a small hotel that has been refurbished very nicely. Comfortable beds. Exceptionally clean. Nice linens. Great location about 8 minutes to Disney and 20 to Universal (which honestly is about as good as it gets in the Orlando area). It is set back from the main road so no traffic noise. Nice pool. Great water pressure in shower. Thick walls so no noise at all from neighbors or the hall. We stayed 4 days and can't think of a single thing to complain about (and I am very picky!). Breakfast was very good. Close to good restaurants and a Walgreens. I would definitely stay there again. Also, please note that there are several themepark ticket vendors located in gas stations along the main road where this hotel is located. You can buy your tickets there for much much cheaper than any website. I wish I had waited and bought there instead of online. For example, $9.99 seaworld. $99 2 day Disney parks. No time share presentation or any other strings attached.

Room clean, continental breakfast very adequate, staff very nice, nice pool, bathroom very nice and modern. All in all, a nice place to stay for the cost. Not a 5 star hotel, but I was not expecting it to be 5 star. I would stay here again.

During our stay we had a plumbing problem (Toilet Backed Up) during the night (1:30 am). Called front desk.... no answer.... called emergency number on hotel phone....no answer!! Finally someone called our room after 90 minutes to see if all was ok! When I stated we need someone to fix the toilet I was told it would have to wait until the 9 AM!!!! Would NOT stay here again!!!!

I stayed here with my mother and son. The room was great!! Very clean and modern. The staff needs a little help with customer service. I had a little insident and the lady at the desk just stood there and did nothing. The breakfast is ok if you don't want a big breakfast. But I am over all very happy with my stay and will stay there again!

My family and I stayed for 5 days and absolutely enjoyed our stay. Rooms were very clean and bed very comfortable. Liked the fact that the room had a microwave and fridge due to the fact the we have a young child still on formula. The only bad point of our stay was there was a band from Georgia with about 200 hundred teenages that thought playing on the elevators was a fun thing, other than that we will definetly be back for our vacation in September!!!!!

My new husband and I booked the Galleria Palms for our honeymoon. The location is GREAT if you are going to Disney World or any of the other parks. It is right at Disney World. The continental breakfast left a lot to be desired (mostly carby breads and older fruit), but there are restaurants surrounding the hotel. I will admit that when we pulled up, I did not expect the rooms to be nice as they were, but the two rooms that we ended up in were extremely nice and clean. The business center is a computer and printer that you have to pay to use, just fair warning. All in all, this is a good hotel for the price.

Thought hotel was good for the price until the morning I left. I saw two huge roaches. One on the floor and the other on the upper wall. Would pay more for a better hotel from now on.
