Ideally located on the promenade in the middle of everything. Room was a nice size, view was brilliant overlooking the beach and the illuminations. Bed was super comfy :) Shower could be better but overall wikid place matched by the staff that run it :)

I stayed here in August over the bank holiday weekend, staff were very friendly and helpful, the food was excellent and there was a good selection. The room was pretty basic and the shower could have been better. The view over the promenade was excellent though and the hotel is located on the promenade making it an ideal base for a weekend of seeing the sights of Blackpool.

Breakfast was excellent and a good choice of food, excelltent location on the promenade of blackpool, and with the front patio area, made it an even more enjoyable stay, a walm welcome given

owners were nice people, The room, especially the carpet was dirty the bathroom was not cleaned, toilet paper was not replenished. breakfast was good but evening meal was not so good. Good location, but over priced, I would not stay again.

A lovely clean room with a big bay window which had a gorgeous view of the Irish Sea. We could lie in bed and see the tide come in! Nice cooked breakfast and cereals (brought to our table on Saturday and Buffet on Sunday as there were more guests), free parking and a really friendly couple who own it - I definitely would recommend it and look forward to staying there again for the illuminations.
