The staff was very friendly, They upgraded me to a Club room on the 18th floor coz I had to wait for an hour to the room be cleaned. Infact I was there ahead of my check in time. So excellent service. I did not try any meals in the hotel so cannot comment on the food. otherwise I would rate it excellent and a BIG BARGAIN for the money I spent. For sure, next time I m going to stay there. :)

Furama Riverfront appears to have had a major refurbishment in both rooms and service over the past 12 months. It is now a very pleasant and well managed hotel for both business and pleasure, well priced and accessible. The only facility that appeared to be missing was a 24 hour coffee shop.

Service at the Furama Riverfront was excellent. All employees were very nice and treated us well. The room was very clean and facility options were abundant. In addition to taxi and bus, it was only a ten minute walk to the nearest MRT station, so transportation was not a problem. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Good location near Clark Quay. Spent two days on business so I didn't get to use the ancilary facilities. The room, executive, was large and clean. Free internet. Breakfast buffet had a large assortment and was very good. Overall and good experience. Would use again.

Issues with internet access. Firstly, frequent downtime of the Hotel server and staff inability to get this running. Secondly, the Terms and Conditions do not specify that if more than one lap top is in use in one room, then double fee applies - It's a rort since you can't run both computers at the same time from the same connection. Other hotels and serviced apartments I have stayed in provide pass word access for the second computer.

Beautiful trendy hotel, one thing you will love here are the showers, Singapore is a hot and steamy place, so after walking around all day coming back to the hotel and showering here was amazing
