The Furama Hotel was an excellent choice while staying in Singapore. It is close to Chinatown and the MRT. The rooms were very clean and quiet. I asked for a room on the upper floors at check-in and they upgraded the room to Superior. The room had an amazing view and we never heard any noise from other rooms. The hotel is a very good place to stay, but I will list the bad parts which in no way would keep me from coming back. One problem (and the only major one) with the room is that the bathroom seemed to have poor ventilation. The bathroom would smell of cigarette smoke coming in from the ventilation from elsewhere in the hotel. There is also no fan switch- it seemed to never be on. The fridge was not very cold, even at the highest setting. The breakfast was not included and seemed overpriced to me. Internet seemed expensive- so I didn't bother using it- even though I brought my laptop. On the plus side- the lobby had a bar which serves 2 for 1 drinks until 11pm every night! Overall, a great place in a great location- I would stay here again.

The interior design of the renewed rooms is modern and looks young. The location of it is really satisfactory for visitors to SGP.

Very well located for Subway and sightseeing. This hotel provides good service. The building is a bit old but rooms are very pleasant and comfortable. Breakfast buffet is nice. Some outside work (like everywhere in Singapore) can be noisy by day. I will recommend this hotel.

Checking in was a little confusing.. we upgraded the room to get a king size bed and when we checked in they were trying to give us a twin. they did change the room with no problems..other than that. friendly people, fantastic location, clean, comfortable room, beautiful restrooms.. no other problems!!! I would definitely stay again

Very nice hotel. Convenient location, walking distance from Chinatown and Clarke Quay, as well as the MRT (but take a taxi from the airport, it's cheap and fast).

ok from all aspects. Friendly staff; good room service; internet connection in all rooms, reasonable rates. Will doubtless consider lodging again at the hotel in case I pay a new visit to Singapore.

I stayed there during the F1 weekend in late September. Overall, very pleasant stay. Staff at the front desk very helpful, although very busy as was to be expected. Very convenient location, a few minutes walk to Boat Quay anmd the Clark Quay station. The only minus was the small rooms, I was upgraded to a higher floor room, but the Deluxe rooms are like standard rooms in other hotels, about 20 sq. mt.

everything great except coffee shop service - poor quality staff and lack of management in the coffee shop - you have to walk around and call waiters for service, for clearing plates, for the bill, while they stand around chatting to each other - but great hotel, front desk, porter and doorman staff, and great location - i will stay there again

Basically, I really enjoy my stay in Furama Hotel. The environment is clean and view is fantastic. The only comment when I was there, the hotel is doing renovation. Price is slightly higher but still manageable, no chance to enjoy hotel international breakfast as my booking not include complimentary breakfast. 1 comment for Furama hotel, the check-in and check-out process took long time to complete. When I stated long time, its approx take 25 mins for the check in process and 20 mins for check out process. I feel this can be improve. Room is wonderful. LCD TV provided. Too great. Bath room water is strong enough for a tired day. Summary, I am very satisfied with the stay in Furama Hotel. Well done!!!

The staff are friendly and efficient. They upgraded us to a Deluxe room. The room is smaller than expected. However, the location is fantastic as is just a short stroll to Clarke Quay and in the center of Chinatown. We will definitely stay again.

The hotel is ideally located at the beginnings of Chinatown and bordering the central area. Restaurants were great and service very friendly and I was given an upgrade without asking. Room was great and large for Singapore. The rate I got through [your website] was worth while. I wish I could have stayed longer.

Water pressure of shower was low and it was difficult to adjust temparature to have a nice warm shower. Shampoo and bath foam were not refilled everyday. Bed sheet was not changed during our 3-day stay. Breakfast was OK. I would rate this hotel 3 star and not 4.
