We thought we were going to save on money staying at this location but the room was so disgusting that we paid for two nights and only stayed one. There was a hole in the shower wall, grime everywhere, the telephone had no service and my daughters bed had no sheets or blankets, not to mention the sheets were scratchy and uncomfortable. The staff was nice but the room was disgusting. Will never stay here again.

The hotel was dirty and mold was growing on the walls. We were greeted with a huge pile of dirty laundry outside of our door . I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. My experience at the fun spots hotel was the worst that I've ever had at a hotel. The hallway leading to our room was littered with dirty laundry and garbage. This hotel was not family friendly at all. The police were at the hotel every night of our stay and there were drugs found on walkway up to the hotel.

I would not recommend it for family visitors with small kids as though it has No Smoking signs all over, i was unhappy to see even smoking in elevators. Rooms were maintained well though. Only smoking all over the place bothered us

I had a very bad experience in this hotel.I checked in my room and the room had a bad odor due to mold. Next day i asked for another room ,same situation, next day i moved to a third room. All rooms have a problem with the AC,water, mold wet room with a strong odor. No humans should go there. The pictures are deceiving etc. Never again. I will spend a few extra dollars and visit another hotel.

Convenient location within traveling distance to the major theme parks. The hotel double as a local hangout for not so frienly looking people. My family would have liked to use the pool, but it was over crowded for our enjoyment.

Stay away! The bathroom was awful. It had a very strong smell of mold. The faucet would not shut off. There was no way to plug the tub. One day we got back at 10pm and had NO towels. My husband called the front desk and they said we had to wait at least 1/2 hour for someone from security to come in or he could go down and pick them up himself, which he did. No continental breakfast or even free coffee or a restaurant which was stated. You could buy a cup of hot water for 75 cents and they could hand you a tea bag. Bugs in the bathroom. Bedding was filthy and pillows flat. TV had no way to adjust volumn. Balcony was 2 feet deep. Enough for a chair-sideways! Lake shown in photos is a swamp. Could not recommend this EVER! Promised poolview, but that was not what we were given. Went once to look at pool-not bad, but Hot tub was lukewarm. Even though we booked this 6 months in advance, when we checked in, we could not be guaranteed a fridge. STAY AWAY!!!

After reading some of the reviews here, I was cautiously afraid to book a room, but I'm glad I did. I was envisioning some sort of horrid dump badly in need of a remodel, but was quite pleased to discover a completely average Ramada Inn. It's an older tower facility, inside hallways, electronic locks. The room is spacious, the pool is clean and heated enough to remove the chill, the facility is in average repair. This room has some spots where you can tell there's been patching of the walls/ceiling due to texture differences, the faucets are not all that new and the tub dripped until we turned it off with a fair amount of force. The A/C works great. The housekeeping is neatly done. The selection of TV channels is poor, but the TV is modern. It isn't a five-star Le Meridien, but then again, it's only 60/night. Compared to some of the dumps in Kissimmee charging 45/night for broken down rooms that haven't seen a repairman since they were built in 1970, this is an awesome hotel. Compared to some of the 200/night resorts nearby, though, it clearly isn't any competition to them.If you're looking for someplace to stay while you visit Disney (about 10 miles away), it is a competent door, bed, and shower. It's convenient to the absolutely fantastic Cici's Pizza, just across the way. If you're planning a longer stay and want a lot out of the facility, this place probably isn't for you. It's pretty much a very average quality Ramada Inn. No strange smells noted, unlike other reviews. Better than the Holiday Inn Westgate we stayed in two years ago, which seems to be gone now.

The room was very hot and smelly when I walked in and in there system it said we had checked out and we kept had people knocking on our door and walking right in. Poorly kept rooms, thank goodness I only needed to stay one night. Pool Was nice Next to a Ihop, 10 minutes from Oldtown but the neighborhood seemd like it was a little run down

Just taking a second to email a customer summary of my 1st trip booked through a website for the most part myself and my family give you a passing grade the airline booking check in/out was flawless the car rental agency smooth as can be and didnt miss a beat the Hotel on the other hand though check in was a breeze .... was in less than satisfactory condition the majority of the hotel was in disrepair the ammenities advertised were non existent when we questioned staff they said they just remodeled and got rid off the gym no longer there the resteraunt no longer ther bar no longer there gift shop was there but had never opened during our entire 8 day visit.... but us trying to be a family and trying to make the best of a bad situation we tried to make the trip worthwhile especially when you provided such excellent service in all other avenues .... but then we started to run into what almost seemed like homeless or vagrants living on the premises of the hotel i wo uld never stereotype or demean anyone but i was afraid to let my daughter get ice (off which the ice machine didnt work on my floor) or even go to the soda machine and in the midst of all this the alarms would go off continuosly ....... Myself and my family agree that the FUNSPOT Kissimmee hotel Fl should be removed from the listing of all sites they are one step away from being condemned as per an actual employee! i am very unhappy with that aspect of our trip booked online!

My verdict ... This place is not a ideal location to spent your dream vacation. Its a cheapest deal which I could get for my orlando trip and since we had plan to spent major of our time in theme parks, we did compromise on the rating by the travelocity. And much to our expectation we found the reviews by the other travellers to be true. Although I had intimated the hotel a day before of my flight delay and my arrival schedule, the room was not ready when I reached and much to my surprise the room was alloted to some other person. So I had to wait a long before a new room was made ready. The hotel speaks of the free shuttle to theme parks but please mark it, its only for 3 disney parks , for other park you have to pay and top of that shuttle timing are not suitable. Also if you plan to make you most of your time in the theme parks, my advice go for alternate transportation mode. The rooms and hotel corridor are stuffy and stinks with all pesticide kind of smell. Carry a room freshner if you wish to stay there.Overall this place is livable only if you think your most of your day time would be spent in the theme parks

The staff was exceptionally helpful and attentive. My room was older and so some of the carpeting and furniture could do with some replacing or repair, but it was quite clean and comfy. I would certainly stay here again.

Great deal on a budget. The hotel is dated. The staff is incredible. The pool and gameroom are wonderful. Beds..........not so much! Lots of shops, fun stuff and restaurants. We spent most of our time out, away from the hotel, so it wasn't used much. Perfect location for the Disney trip. Try the Wal-Mart on 192 toward Kissemmee, lots of souvenirs, same ones as @ Disney! We also went to the mall North off of US 4 about 4miles. Had great stores, skate park and lots of local shopping.

The staff at the hotel was very friendly. The front desk was helpful and the room service was prompt and friendly. The only restaurant onsite was The Coney Island Buffet and was only open for breakfast. It was closed on Sunday for a church meeting. Half of the hotel had been hit by a hurricane and was closed. The bar was only open at 4pm everyday so drinks and food had to be bought at the store or via room service. The elevators were old and smelled a bit foul. The room itself was old and the water in the tub would not stop leaking/running. The ceiling above the shower was dented in as one time the ceiling had collapsed in the area. The carpet was stained as well as the ceiling. The pulley for the curtains was broken. The pool was clean but the chairs to sun on were filthy.

They were doing a lot of renovations. There were many resturants near the hotel. The hot tub was very small. But the hotel price was very inexpensive as well. You get what you pay for. The hotel staff was very friendly.

Friendly staff. Room was in bad shape. Nice lobby and location. Our TV didn't work, there was no coffee maker in out room, the tub was painted over and peeling. The mirror on the bathroom door fell on my husband upon closing the door. Compared to some hotels it was okay. At least it felt safe and close by the shops and restaurants.

The Carpet in my room was in a bad condition. The bath tub was with dirt and cracks. Also noticed that the elevator permits have expired, but are still operational.

Perfect place to sleep,no problems plenty to see and do. Dining was abundant.
