The staff was helpful and courteous, the facilities were clean and new, the parking was excellent. I reserved an Executive King room. It had a tempurpedic bed and the nicest hotel hairdryer I've ever used. Each room had a private balcony with chairs. Everything in the room was fairly new, including the carpet. There was wireless Internet access that I easily connected to with my laptop. But the best thing is the location. It's in Central Park, which has a huge amount of shopping and eateries within walking distance. There was no complimentary breakfast, which is an amenity I'm getting used to these days. However, there is so much within walking distance (including Krispy Kreme), it didn't bother me too much. We didn't get to use the pool since it was February, but the pool area looked very nice. We stayed for two nights, and I will stay at the hotel again the next time I'm in the area.

The pool was very nice. Room had no soap, cat food on the floor and rubber bands on the floor. Apparently it wasn't cleaned well before we arrived. The room was very hot! Room was hot. A/C wasn't' cooling the room properly. Cat or dog food was on the floor. Rubber bands were on the floor. No soap in the shower or sink area. This leads me to believe the room wasn't cleaned properly. We had to be moved to another room.

Was very nice looking, towels at pool. The housekeeping staff was horrible, and the room service food was barely edible for the price. The hotel looked nice, and the hallways were clean. The location is great, close to shopping and eating. The maid did not come by the first day of our stay. On the second day we ordered room service for breakfast, the food was horrible and over priced. Then we went to the pool, when we returned housekeeping still had not come by and the food dishes were still there. On top of it all we stayed four nights, I gave them my credit card for room service, movies, etc. Upon checkout I received a bill that stated they charged my card $189. When I returned home I checked my account on line and found they put a $350 hold on my account for 10 days, this is crazy.
