Tidy!Nice place, friendly staff and easy to get to from the M4. No parking but a place around the corner was easy enough to get to (obvious deal to be struck here by Frasers as it cost me £35 over night!!!) Lifts were incredibly slow and maids liked to steam in at 08:30 in the morning so leave your do not disturb sign on the door!

Great location, friendly staff and well priced.

As with all of life, it comes down to value. We got this hotel through the airline, buying one expensive day and getting two free. At that rate it was positively wonderful. If I had paid the nightly rate every night, it simply would have been ?What I expected.? The hotel is essential a group of apartments. It is on a busy road (Cromwell,) and we had probably the worst location, ground floor on the street, but it was still manageable. Very clean, nice (continental) breakfast, and a 24/7 staffed desk with friendly people. The area is excellent and just across from the Gloucester Rd Tube and a 24hr Tesco Express. A/C, wood floors, nice furniture, fridge, microwave and hotplate. Would certainly stay again (if the price was reasonable.)

Fraser Place QueensgateQuite pricey, but service and accommodation is of good quality. Very convenient.

This was a really good place for me, rather than a hotel. The location is excellent and I could grab some food from nearby shops and eat it in my room. Also Gloucester Rd tube station is only minutes with good onward connections

Very good central accommodation having all you need for an independant stay. Is my first choice when staying in London.

The Hotel was clean and the staff were all very polite and helpful. The Hotel was eay to find and check in was simple. The first impressions were very good.I had booked a one bedroom apartment, I think what I got was a bedsit with twin beds pushed together. It wasn't a massive issue but it put a bit of a downer on the break. The room was clean but lacked attention to detail it was a good size though and had a window which could be opened.we enjoyed our short stay and would recommend it for breaks. I would not want to be there for any length of time though because the facilities were not really up to cooking and nowhere to sit and relax except the bed.

Great for a stay where you want to have the flexibility of preparing your own breakfast/lunch etc.. Was very spacious for a studio appartment and ideal if you want to come and go rather than be out all day sight seeing. A beautiful building in a great area!

Close to tube stations. Within walking distance of pubs, restaurants and shops. Excellent location and very good value for money.

Good sized rooms with a small kitchen behind cupboard doors, bedroom was clean and maintained to a reasonable standard for the price. Slightly run down in the hall ways with lights not working and empty cabinets where the fossils on display had been stolen I presume. Reception area was welcoming with a fast efficient check in. Great location on a quiet street but seconds from some of the best parts of London.

Slow check in. The room stunk of cigarette smoke. The air stale and all the also towels stunk of smoke. I was in a rush and didn't have time to complain at the time. If the towels smelt of smoke then they had not been changed - or the maids were smoking. Either way, this is my last stay there. A pity, because the location and facilities are generally good, but cleanliness is not negotiable.

the hotel was being refurbished and we were put in one of the older rooms. It was in the basement with little natural light and very noisy from workmen working from 8am. Our requests for a move were not met and so we had a less than comfortable stay. I later emailed the manager to complain and did not even get a reply

The hotel is next to a very busy road, so if you are concerned about a good nights sleep, then request a room at the back. Some showers are very poor, but overall. great facilities, loads of space and 2 mins walk from Gloucester Road tube station.

Acceptable price for London and good location for shops/restaurants but position on Cromwell road and lack of double glazing made for sleepless nights. Comfy bed but kitchen facilities very basic and general air of shabiness. Lifts out of action much of the time.

This is an ideal place for student who want to go to London for a few days but spend little - the room was spacious and had plenty of bed options. It's also v close to the tube and would work out cheap with a few in one room.If you're like me though and have those days behind you, this place leaves a little to be desired. First impressions were good - lots of space, living area & small kitchen, but very soon discovered it wasn't of a great standard. The enamel on the bath was badly eroded, paint peeling off the wood work next to the sink, and stains on the curtains and sofas. To top it all, it was very noisy from the street noise, as well as the hot water pipe banging whenever the people above turned the tap on. Overall, disappointing.

Whilst staying at Fraser Place the air conditioning was not working in any of the rooms. As a result the windows had to be open which ment it was very noisy, room overlooked the Cromwell Road. A fan was offered by reception but never materialised. The room was only good value as I had booked on LateRooms.com and had only paid halp price.

Great location close to the tube. Front of house staff quiet and not particularly friendly. The room was spacious. However i have stayed there 4 times now and each time i get a different room, all of whch are different. They need to replace the showers as they are old style. For the money paid, power showers should be available.
