Located on historic Exploration Lane just minutes from the Paris end of Collins Street, the gleaming offices of the CBD and the Regent, Princess and Her Majesty's theatres. Fraser Place Melbourne (formerly Cube Serviced Apartments) offers discerning business and leisure travellers affordable accommodation in a fantastically central location.

Featuring 113 beautifully appointed studio apartments, with well-equipped kitchenettes and private ensuite bathrooms. In-room features include a 32 inch LCD TV, movies on demand, cable channels and ipod dock clock.

Housekeeping service is from 10am to 4.30pm from Mon-Fri and on Sat from 10am - 2pm. No service on Sunday or public holidays.

Guests can prepare their own meals in their apartment or enjoy a freshly brewed coffee and gourmet meal in the cafe downstairs. Guest can also purchase breakfast at the hotel at $15.00 per person per day.

Exploration Lane is a quiet laneway situated between Exhibition and Russell streets, accessible from both La Trobe and Little Lonsdale streets.

What are your breakfast options?: We have a café called "Cube Café". Hot breakfast is available for just $15 per head and served from 7:00 am - 11:00 am from Monday to Saturday, and 8:00 am - 11:00 am on Sunday.
What transport is available to get around?: For going to the airport we have a shuttle bus for $15 per person but arrangement for this service is needed. For the beach and market you can take the tram that takes only 20 minutes' from us. We are close to the tram stop and train station.
