Very friendly staff. Large rooms. Hotel is located close to the business centre and restuarants. Transport is close by. A good no frills place to stay.

VERY dated hotel, lobby looks great but thats about it. APArtment was big but no feeling of comfort. Very tired and needs major overhaul.

Fairly good, funny design of rooms though. Our modest sized rooms were turned into teeny sized rooms because of the enourmous cupboards in them. Uncomfortable sofa bed also. Worth the money however!

The apartment was clean and tidy with all the facilities you would expect in a serviced apartment, along with washer and dryer in the bathroom. View was nothing special, but you're right in the middle of town only a block from the markets and a two blocks from Rundle Mall. The decor was perhaps 4 years old but perfectly serviceable. The bedrooms were very small but acceptable for the star rating of the hotel. Check-in staff were friendly and very helpful. Car parking is self park at $15 a day underneath the hotel and was very reasonable.

We recieved very good service from all staff. We were lucky enough to be upgraded and the room was awesome. Lot's of space and great price. It was like a little apartment, spacious and open. Could have stayed longer with no problems Ideal location for the city and trams.

This was my third stay, and I would stay again. Within walking distance to the markets, the mall and entertainment, it's clean, has friendly staff and the apartments are roomy.

Excellent accommodation in great central area. Staff very friendly. Was a bit noisy on several nights. Bedroom very hot with no airconditioning. Only in living room. If we had have stayed there in the summer we wouldn't have survived the heat whilst sleeping. Otherwise very comfortable. Would recommend a good winter accommadation.

Good location, good size rooms. Good choice for family stays. Friendly staff. However, the air-conditioner (if it is supposed to be reverse cycle) does not seem to work for cool weather and there is no air-conditioning for the rooms.
