Convenient hotel for attending Frankfurt Messe tradeshows with clean comfortable rooms, superior service, good amenities (restaurants, fitness center) and access to mass transit.

Courtesy of the staff, cleanliness of the room. Not in the tourist area of town. Highly recommend. Great deal for the price. Everything you expect from a quality hotel (including expensive restaurants).

Perfect for business stay - all required facilities. Would recommend highly.

Room with a nice view to the skyline of Frankfurt. Mini bar was empty, no bathrobe and no slippers, no kettle.

It was like coming back to civilisation to come to this hotel. It is clean with very good facilities and the staff really try hard to please. One of the better Marriotts

Location. Restaurant. The breakfast buffet was one of the most expensive I have encountered in my travels (27 Euros), and the quality was, at best, mediocre. It really ruined what was otherwise an overall good experience at the hotel.

good location, excellent view and customer service, easy access to the shopping centre, only cost 6-8 euro ( if travel by taxi). highly recommanded

The staff was friendly and helpful. It was not in a pedestrian friendly area of the city.

Excellent staff and great restaurants. A little far from the downtown area and no coffee maker in the room. This is a very good hotel that has all of the amenities that we were looking for. The Brassieri was great and the Champions Bar satisfied our need for a quick bite to eat upon arrival. The front desk staff was very helpful.

The staff. The room service food. One of the beat hotels thatI visit in Europe. A bit far from center of the city but it's worth the drive there.

Very nice beds, nice bathrooms, clean and quiet. Probably difficult to get room to accommodate a family of four. Very nice hotel, clean, comfortable and wonderful beds. Breakfast was too expensive at 26 Euros so we skipped it. Parking was 27 Euros and a very tight overhead squeeze for our van. U-bahn is one block away, only 2-3 stops to get to the old town centre. The rooms are very nice but not particularly spacious and squeezing in even one cot would be difficult.

Check in and very friendly staff. A very good hotel, nothing to complain! Nice, clean room, very friendly staff at check in, good location and absolutely to recommend to everybody!

The view. Staff at Japanese restaurant - very unfriendly. Internet is too expensive.

Good location, very clean and a large room for Frankfurt. Not great for kids but otherwise an excellent hotel. This hotel is centrally located, name brand hotel that exceeds its four star rating. The rooms are spacious for Frankfurt and in Europe for that matter.

The hotel staff was excellent - very helpful & friendly. Parking - very expensive, no in/out capability. Hotel room is very nice - but the real shining star in the hotel is the staff. They are very friendly & truly seem interested in you & your experience. The Bistro is also excellent - the bar is great - friendly bartenders - food is not so good. Their is a high end restaurant - excellent breakfast - but very expensive (25E).

Great view, nice rooms. Too far from the airport and no shuttle. This is a nice business quality hotel located in central Frankfurt. It is rather far from the airport and there is no shuttle so be prepared for a 25-30 Euro cab ride but at least it is mostly against traffic in the mornings. Excellent views are to be had from both sides of the hotel and the rooms and services were excellent. Breakfast was very expensive (25-30 Euros), particularly if you are not on an expense account but rather with your family.
