Great location. Very helpful and friendly staff. Food was decent but not great. Waterpark at resort next door was fantastic. Free shuttle from Fox Ridge. Would definitely go back.

The staff was very friendly and helpful! The only 2 complaints we could have was the AC did not cool the room well, but it was very humid. Also the tub did not drain well. Otherwise the room was spotless, spacious and very comfortable.

Excellent deal. Wonderful location. Very nice and comfortable rooms. Good value for the money. If you go to the White Mountains region, this is the place to stay.

Shower did not drain well, and carpet was old. Bottom sheet didn't cover entire mattress.

The room was great with it's loft for the kids and 2 queen beds for us. Amenities such as pool side bar not being open and the food being overpriced and unexciting knock this resort down a notch; however, the friendly service, easy access to mountains and shops, mixed with tennis courts and 2 pools make this a great place for families!!

The fox ridge was located right in the heart of north conway close to all the shops and restaurants. The room was surprisingly spacious and well kept. A bonus for the kids is you can use the indoor water park of their sister resort for a small extra fee well worth it The staff was very friendly and helpful. The only complaint I CAN THINK OF, is that the dining room only serves breakfast.

I found this to be centrally located - near Story Land! - shops and other activities. Pool indoor and outdoor. Safe for the kids to roam....Would return.

The Fox Ridge Resort more than met our expectations. The location and grounds, outstanding...the staff friendly and helpful...the room, clean, large and comfortable. We would most defiantly stay here again, if we are in the area.

i had a great time with my family. the indoor pool is huge compared to other hotels i've stayed at and the staff was great. everyone was extremely friendly and helpful

My stay was brief. The grounds looked upkept and very clean. I liked the layout of the hotel and the fact that you didnt have to exit into a hallway, but into the outdoors. It made it nicer to sleep in as I was not awoken by doors closing as other guest were leaving to check out. I would suggest more lighting in the parking lots and walkways. I was very pleased with my brief stay & would consider returning.

Basically just stayed there over night for the bed and shower. We checked in, went to the fair, came back watched alittle tv and went to sleep, got up in the morning showered and checked out. I can tell you that the room was nice and I liked the idea of the vanity being separate from the toilet and shower. But most of all, I remember the bed and pillows being soooo comfy, that I got a good night sleep which is what I was looking for before traveling back home. I was not disappoint with my stay for the cost.

The Foxridge Resort was very comfortable. Upon entering our room I noticed the back of the toilet had some yellow spots on it. I called room service, a very friendly, cooperative fellow came to our room and cleaned the toilet. We were told the yellow spots were from the toilet cleaner that is used to clean toilets and the cleaning staff just didn't finish wiping the entire toilet when she was cleaning it. The hotel is right on the main strip, there is a sidewalk so it's easy to walk to the many stores, outlets and restaurants and leave your car parked in the hotel parking lot.

The Fox Ridge Resort was in a great location for our mini North Conway vacation. It was near all the stores, attractions, restaurants. The hotel room was comfortable and a good value for the money. We enjoyed the amenities except the indoor pool was way too crowded to swim. Too many kids... but all in all it's a very kid friendly place.

The Fox Ridge was comfortable and a little away from the crowd, set in the pristine location of the white mountains. The room was very comfortable for the three shoppers and myself, the tour guide, ha, ha. We had time to shop and still when we returned for a very long day shopping we had the quietness and space of being away from it all. I well very much recomend this hotel to any person as the place to stay in North Conway when shopping and still in the same space being in the wilderness of the mountains. Thank you, Fox Ridge

The basic service of a hotel was the room service. And they clearly missed the mark. On our second day at the hotel, we discovered that the bed was not made. When we called the front desk to tell them about it, they brought up the wrong pillow case and sheet. On the day of the checkout, the receiptionist did not wanted to even listen to what we were saying about the incident. Overall the cost of the hotel was very high and the service we receive was horrible. This would be the first and last time we stay here.

A family of five takes up a lot of room on a vacation! With bags, toys and shoes alone usually the room is packed! I loved the room we had with two twin beds in the loft upstairs and two double beds for the adults.the kids had a tv upstairs and we had one down, not to mention a fridge. We were right on the main strip in north conway and close to dunkin donuts. The hotel also had a a great play area jungle gym and free mini golf. Great family time

We enjoyed the pool, mini-golf and playground the resort had to offer. Everything seemed to be clean and well kept. We stayed in one of the loft rooms, which was very spacious - the kids loved having their own space. The hotel staff was very friendly, not only to us but to our children as well. I would highly recommend the Fox Ridge to any family vacationing in the North Conway area.

Our annual shopping trip to North Conway's outlet malls usually has the four of us women reserving two separate rooms. However, the loft room at the Fox Ridge Resort allowed us to have a middle-aged pajama party! We all stayed in the same room with two of us staying downstairs in the two double beds, and two staying upstairs in the loft in the two twin beds. The only negative aspect was that in the ten or so years since I had been at this hotel, the rooms and hallways had not been spruced up. They looked old, although they were perfectly serviceable. The location was great and the value was terrific!
