The room was very comfortable and the night staff very friendly. The day staff was not friendly and did not help me to bring my bags downstairs.

We arrived at the Hotel early, about 2 hours before check in but the staff was friendly and allowed us to check in :o) We also recieved a welcome drink voucher which was a nice touch. The room was spacious and comfortable. Would def. recommend this hotel, we enjoyed our stay.

Comfortable and well located, free internet was helpful. The garden at the back was not well taken care of. A good place to stay and in walking distance to some interesting restaurants.

Very good hotel. The only slight problem was a lack of service in the dining room on 26th December during the afternoon, probably because the hotel was fairly empty.

Room was large, clean, comfortable. A little far off the beaten path. Right on the Tram 81 line, convenient to Brussels Midi train station. A little far off the beaten path. Staff did not go out of their way to accommodate our early arrival, but did agree to store bags until checkin time.

Convenient hotel with free internet, the only remarks I can make is that they have limited parking space and no quick lunch menu (only full menu) but staff is willing to create something.

No free wireless internet. Room was average, a lot of cheap materials were used to build this hotel. Location was also not the best. Normally four points is better but I will not go here again.

Although the hotel was a little out of town but it made up by the room size and general quality of the hotel. We would certainly stay again.
