Excellent customer service. I checked in late and the gentlemanat the counter was very friendly. The hotel room was clean and comfy.

Felt the hotel was very comfortable and nice for the pricing. The front desk staff while friendly were not very flexible and gave someone else traveling with me a difficult time. I would stay again. It was a smaller hotel with amenities of a fancier location

I thought the hotel was way overpriced for what you get. The linens were old the beds were tiny and lumpy, very uncomfortable. The food was horrible and also way overpriced. I will never stay there again and it leaves a bad taste for future Sheratons.

The four points sheraton was nice, check in took longer than expected because the local college football team was staying there and they didn't leave until 3pm and we had to wait until they cleaned all of the rooms to check in, i was compensated with free breakfast at the hotel resteraunt. The room was clean and comfortable. The best part about the hotel is the location, right off of highway 77, and across the street from the mall, and tons of real resteraunts just down the street. Not bad for the price either.

The staff was friendly, rooms were clean, and the omelets in the morning was awesome! Too many pillows on the bed and the duvet was quite heavy for this time of the year. It was quite more than I expected. The location was very central to shopping and it was very easy to locate, the staff was exceptionally friendly and the overall appearance was upscale and clean. Also the price of the room was very modest for all the amenities offered.
